Does not arrive cold as Royal Mail won’t leave it
The only problem I have is that they use Royal Mail and if you’re not at home when they attempt delivery the parcel goes back to the sorting office therefore is not cold as the ice pack has melted when it finally gets redelivered. I put them in the fridge but still would prefer if they could be left with a neighbour as instructed on the note on my door.
