Always been great but website and email has gone. Anyone know what happened?

Anyone know what’s happened, says site is closed.

Anybody heard from T? I placed an order this morning but have yet to receive a payment link.

As always brilliant customer service and Terry keeps you in the loop.

I would urge people to understand that sometimes things get missed by accident or working through many emails internet services can go down and any time there has been any issues Terry is straight in to apologise and give updates.

Please be a bit understanding, I am waiting on an order from the start of the week but I know Terry will update asap so I’m not to worried about it at the moment

Happy to say all issues seem to have been sorted, I’ve received my last two orders with no problems at all, I hope this is the same for everyone else

Don’t know what’s going on but I haven’t had a reply in over 24 hours and when looking on other websites everyone is having the same problem such a shame it was such a good company

I really rated Terry and this service but I don’t know what’s going on. Only received half my order and he’s not responding to my emails.
I hope everything is ok as he’s usually prompt etc so I’m not giving up on them just yet!

This was a smoothly run blessing but as had no replies for a week am going to presume he’s shut down? Such a shame.
If anyone knows any different please do let us know ‘on here’.

Last Post said terry contacted me saying I would receive last week's order on Friday and tracking number would be available on Thursday night nothing came and no tracking number either I sent email and no reply after reading reviews on here I'm hoping now it will come at some stage which I don't mind I really hope all this is sorted as this is best company by far and this is unusual situation I was regular customer and can't fault this company all along and it's much needed service I haven't been able to find another one yet if anyone could suggest any other one I would be grateful thanks in advance. About hr after writing this review I received my order and I'm grateful I actually didn't doubt I would either get order or refund as this is by far the best company I've ever used and it's genuine so if anyone is waiting hope this helps and I live in northern Ireland it arrived by yodel which is new just incase ppl are wondering before it was royal mail always .just may be change in courier I hope so 🙏

Legit decent company. Never had any problems with Terry. I emailed last week and asked for new order and Terry replied saying he don’t want to take my money yet as was having issues with Royal Mail. And when he was able to he would email me. I just think as this is such a decent company and legit Terry is probably working hard plus the bank holiday messes the post up. Thank you Terry for your hard work and commitment to everyone

Normally 5* but not sure what is happening recently - Terry doesn't seem to be responding? Anyone have any update?

Ongoing issues
I think the company may have been stung and the items sent by Royal Mail confiscated. I notice there appears to be no comms from Terry even the free post site has been blocked on trustpilot now :(

Not had a response to any orders or emails either
Through this site, but seems others have on other order was put through on Wednesday and heard nothing

This site is more expensive and he hasn't been responsive here either so don't bother.

Brilliant service. 24 hour delivery every time.

Excellent service from start to finish, clear and timely communications throughout, I was nervous as I was recently scammed by EU Meds, however as said very good service and would recommend to others and will be using them again, many thanks to terry and the team.
