Initial receipt of product was very timely and though I had a concern regarding the two shipment practice, once I was able to communicate this concern they addressed it quickly and professionally.

I've had a very good experience so far,communication great and the person who helped me whose name is Emma was very thoughtful considerate and helpful.

I had so many questions about a medication I wanted to try, and Emma was just amazing about getting back to me quickly, and with all of the answers I needed. Even when her answers led to more questions, she was so patient and knowledgeable.

So far very happy with my experience with Dr Adam and his staff!

One frustration after another. Geesh people--"Emma" is an AI bot.
The pricing is not clear and when asked about upping the dosage they skirt around it saying things like "the increased dosage is a little bit more because there is a high dosage fee". Oh, and there are "skipping fee's", which make no sense to me at all. It takes a full day to get any type of answer so when they don't actually answer the question it is extra frustrating. I'll probably cancel.

I was leery about using an online site and had a lot of questions. Emma assisted me all along the way. She answered all my questions and concerns quickly and in a way that was totally relatable, easily understood and professional. If she didn’t have an answer, she took the time and effort to do the necessary to get me an answer. I’ve only just begun my journey but feel like any ongoing concerns will be taken care of as quickly as possible.

Emma was great, unfortunately I did not have a positive outcome with oral semaglutide. An offer was made to change medications, but cost was too high since already spending money without results. Disappointed
