Dr. Sheehan was very thorough and arrived on time. He suggested an OTC drug which has been helpful. I would definitely recommend DoctorCall.

I have used Doctorcall on a number of occasions & each time the Doctors have been professional, friendly and reassuring. Dr Abd (I may have spelt his name incorrectly) on his first visit initially prescribed antibiotics for a chest infection/pneumonia and on his return carried out a thorough check, and reassured me that my chest is clear, and I’m on the mend.
I would highly recommend Doctorcall for their services. You are offered same day home visit, kept informed of arrival time, prescription if required and a Doctor’s report should you need one.

Fell ill suddenly away from home Dr David Thompson arrived promptly and diagnosed quickly what was wrong I needed to go into hospital and he arranged that too - excellent in all aspects and also great at following up - highly recommended

We called DoctorCall for my 84 year old dad-in-law who had very swollen sore skin on his leg. Dr Sheehan arrived in the allotted time and immediately diagnosed Cellulitis. He thoroughly examined dad, was very reassuring, gave us antibiotics and care advice. He told dad no flights for a week and was very firm about postponing his long haul flight and sent a letter accordingly for his carrier. We had follow up calls from the service to check on dad’s wellbeing. Although expensive, it was well worth it in the circumstances. Glad to say that dad is well on the mend.

This is a review for Dr. David Thompson. The best physician I have ever had in London. I had a complicated illness from neglect by a previous physician. He took a complex circumstance and turned it around immediately. I now have a leg up and expect to recover. I am ever so grateful. D Hutchins

I have had a pain in my chest for a while and seen two GPs but both could not find the issue. Within 5 minutes of seeing the Dr, she found out what is causing the pain and has given me good next actions to help this.

She was amazing, so nice and actually said what she thought which I really appreciated.

Called them, they explained their rules, booked a doctor home visit, was extremely kind and thorough, explained what I need to do, advised on required medication. And asked if I want him to prescribe it or I am ok using my GP.
Already decided to become a member of DoctorCall.

Booked online flu-jab via doctorcall voucher to my local Tesco’s pharmacy. Printed off the voucher and went to my appointment. Tesco could not give me the flu jab because they didn’t take printed voucher. I left Tesco and called doctorcall to explain the issue. They said use another pharmacy, so when I checked for another local pharmacy which is 18 miles away (36miles round trip). I called them back and they took my details and they were going to speak with Tesco Royston and get back to me. One week later not hearing from Doctorcall, so I called them back again and their response was the manager has been on annual leave and i will call you on the Monday afternoon. No call on Monday afternoon and the rest of the week. This is why I’m leave 1 star review as I’m very disappointed with this service from Doctorcall. I have a printed voucher for the flu jab that cannot be used in my local area. Doctorcall say they will sort and get back to you, but don’t…

Tried to book an appointment to use a Doctorcall flu voucher. The website is useless + very user-unfriendly. Found a link to an ASDA phamacy near me but when I clicked through to book (as guided by Doctorcall website) there is no option to book an appointment for a jab using Doctorcall. A pointless waste of time.

They weren't helpful and they didn't know what they where doing there .This was my second time ,i had a very bad experience there .

Have used repeatedly. Dr. Sheehan is superb. We feel in very good hands and appreciate so much receiving the home visits as my husband's condition makes office visits very challenging. I could not recommend this service more highly. They seem to attract top quality doctors and follow-through is exceptional.

I used this service as my little girl was not well. They took my money and 5 min later a doctor called. After 1 min he said you need a face to face appointment. I said could the receptionist not of told me that before I paid the money.

Ended up calling 111 and went to urgent care. Although I had a long wait I certainly had more advice from them.
I was given a prescription.

For £110 I could tell parents that you should get a face to face appointment.
