Needed a double socket installing in my kitchen. Dr Electric (Dean) was very prompt at providing a quote on site and arranging a date for the job.

I highly recommend Doctor Electrical. I had a few electrical jobs which Dean assessed and clearly explained how he would resolve. Dean was friendly, polite and best of all punctual and professional all the way through and most importantly got the job done quickly and to a good standard.

Contacted Dean as needed electrical work doing. From first contact he was approachable & professional. Visited to check what work needed doing & sent estimate within 24 hours. Needed electrical inspection & replace old consumer unit. Dean spent 2 days carrying out work. Throughout he was thorough, explained things in way that wasn’t too technical for me to understand. Work carried out to high standard, he was organised & tidy. Send relevant certificates for work completed & itemised invoice. I would definitely use Dean if need any more electrical work doing in the future.

First time using Dean, excellent communication, due to an electric emergency Dean attended site the very next day on a day he doesn’t work. Where he went above and beyond.

Dean — aka Dr Electric — has done lots of work for me over the last years, including recommending and fitting new electric Wi-Fi heating. This has lead to my neighbours using his services too. Called him and came on the day offered advice on what needed done ,did exactly what he said would do to fix the problem.

I had a socket making a buzzing sound - Dean came round quickly, explained the pricing, and the problems clearly, and sorted it out for me without fuss. He was straightforward and trustworthy and clear - I recommend him.

Amazing service from a very patient and thorough chap. Grest customer service and communication, called and had conversation about the issue, gave me an time to visit... did so promptly on the dot. Sorted the problem hassle free.

I can't say enough good things about Dean - from fist contact through to staying late to finish off the last little bits, every interaction was a breeze. He turns up when he says he will, cleans up amazingly well, and can't fault the work one little bit. He's also happy to share his knowledge and explain things in terms even this duffer can understand!
