I have to say I was very impressed by Doctor Frio.
We had been badly let down by a previous company and within two days of contacting Natalia we had the old unit removed and a new one installed.
They are very professional and extremely friendly. From the first call to Natalia to the professional installation team of Sergio and Andres everything went like clockwork.
I would highly recommend using this company.

I did a lot of research before choosing an air conditioning company, so I had a long list of questions and high expectations. I'm pleased to say that Dr Frio delivered on everything, including correctly sizing the AC unit for my rooftop, badly insulated flat, providing a clear and competitive quotation, and carrying out a professional, certified installation with no exposed cabling.

The installation team were friendly, respectful and took the time to talk me through the best position for the indoor and outdoor units based on my needs, as well as the best route for the cabling to achieve a neat, seamless finish. They worked carefully, cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, and left everything spotless.

From my initial enquiry through to the completed installation, the whole process was smooth, helpful and well organised. Communication was excellent throughout, and there was no hard sell or pressure to buy from them; just honest advice and excellent customer service. A special thank you to Natalia for all her help.

I've been using Doctor Frio services for a couple of years now. They have been doing yearly maintenance on my duct AC system, and lately they upgraded it with AirZone. Every interaction we had was a pleasant one, and work they do is always top quality. They are very patient with explaining everything, they are fast, and they always leave the work area cleaned afterwards. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. Very professionel. Everything went fine, from the beginning to the end.

Called Dr Frio yesterday, came out to do the survey same day. Happy with price,placed the order. 2 techs came out today and replaced the whole system. Rooftop AC unit, Fan unit, and controller. 10 year warranty. Cleaned up after themselves, polite friendly service. Also helped that the lady that did the quote, Natalia, spoke perfect english as my spanish is awful. Also the guy that came to do the survey, Martin, also spoke good english 👏 Well done to the whole team.

The quotation and installation were arranged very efficiently by Natalia in the office, saving me a lot of time. She coordinated the engineers who all came on one day. They explained the system and controls. Next day the pumps were installed to pump moisture from the air to the bathroom not onto the street. A plasterer came separately to reinstall the coving which hides the tubes from view. No other company could respond as fast or give me the dates upfront like Dr Frío could.

It is not easy to keep on smiling without hot water. Doctorfrio responded on my call instantly and in hours Martin fixed the problem. It was not a big issue, but the effect was.
