Doctoronline.co.uk is an informative website and online health service that makes it easy to request a consultation with a qualified doctor. Doctoronline.co.uk does not offer products itself but arranges the right treatment for your condition or symptoms at your request sold and delivered by an independent pharmacy. We can put you in contact with a range of registered doctors and pharmacies to which we have access. In the case of prescription medicines, a doctor will only decide after a detailed consultation whether the prescription medication you have chosen is suitable for you. Approved applications will be processed by an independent pharmacy and delivered to your home as soon as possible. It really is that simple!

It was a very good experience as the service was efficient. The antibiotics I needed were dispatched as quickly as they could be .... with the weekend falling in between the consultation and then them being dispatched there was a delay but that couldn't be helped. The antibiotics I received cleared up the condition I had very well. I would definitely use the service again should the need arise. Many thanks as if I'd not received the treatment I did I wouldn't have recovered as quickly as I did - if at all!

This was like dealing with the NHS. Exactly what I did not want! First I had to fill in a complex form but it soon became obvious the doctor doesn’t care about your personal circumstances one bit and so all that effort and information is completely redundant. The email from the doctor with a question about the medications I take ended up in spam mail. When I found it and responded honestly, my order was rejected. There was no way of discussing the issue. I was just told the medication I requested (clonidine) didn’t go with diazepam, which is the only medication I have been offered on the NHS to deal with withdrawal from some heavy drugs they prescribed in error (another misdiagnosis). The doctor’s wording was pretty crude, and I was cut off and told not to bother them again. It is not even categorically true that the two medications are incompatible, it’s just ‘procedure’ by doctors who don’t want to assume any responsibility. I was told to go back to my GP although I had explained that the GP is not licensed to prescribe this medication, clonidine - I know he would if he could. I was trying to buy it online because I suffer severely from withdrawal after quitting those heavy medications the NHS has prescribed but doesn’t treat with anything other than diazepam. The diazepam does not lower noradrenaline levels which clearly are keeping me from falling asleep. This is why I desperately need something like clonidine that isn’t likely to mess up the rest of my nervous system. In the end it’s simple physiology really. I think this company pretends to care and to leave the responsibility to the patient, but in reality they don’t want accountability. While to some extent I can understand this as it’s an online service, the doctor was unpleasant and curt and completely disinterested, and this compounded the medical trauma I already have from all the bullying I have experienced in regard to my sleep disorder. It’s crazy that cannabis clinics offer huge amounts of THC regardless what other drugs you use but it’s not seen as a problem! When THAT is definitely a problem, not the clonidine/diazepam combo if used with care. I will not use this company again, in fact they already signalled that I’m not welcome there.
I feel that honesty is just not worthwhile anymore. I’m actually a lot more upset about this than one would expect because I have to sleep somehow so I don’t deteriorate any further, and I’m stuck in a double bind with the benzo that doesn’t work on the neurological networks that I need help with. I live in Wales and there is no specialist NHS service that will help me with this, (from previous experience just a bunch of misogynistic doctors who hate sleep problems and avoid them like the plague and suggest completely inappropriate medications, and understand nothing whatsoever about Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and related sleep disorders), so I’m completely on my own with just AI to help me get through the ordeal. I get akathisia from most drugs so I’m really in a bad place and just get dismissal and bullying and did not need more of that. They themselves should be honest and either care, or not care, not something hazy in between.
Update: It’s been a week and I have not received a refund yet. It was supposed to take three days! I can’t believe I actually have to chase it! They are also fighting my review. Further update: I was told it was going to be a refund so that’s what I was expecting. I got some lengthy explanation for the process of recalling a payment and that it could take weeks. That’s not great, is it. They have tried to get this review taken down on grounds of defamation but it didn’t work. Now they are trying to act nice. Why would I want to discuss anything with a company that doesn’t act nice to begin with? I have explained exactly why. You don’t just get a verdict slammed in your face and the door shut, you get an opportunity to discuss the reasons and even things such as dosages which would affect the potential interactions. That did not occur.
