Genuine platform
I was skeptical to see another platform with doctors services as I was scammed in past.I have spoken to customer service multiple time( they answered all my concerns) and later on decided to place an order, my inquiry was dealt with it professionally, timely and accurate.

The prescription could have been posted…
The prescription could have been posted in letter box ( where every other online pharmacy does ) and my partner was at home to collect the delivery. Nobody had buzzed the bell in.
Instead, it was taken straight to the post office without attempting further.
It was returned to the sender ( which was the address in the UK ) on tracking the link.
When I asked for refund of the prescription which I did not receive, I was told to pay the shipping cost 13£ (EU shipping fees ) to redeliver to my address.
No refund will be issued and my prescription medication will be destroyed if I don’t repay 13£ within 14 days.
What a ridiculous extra shipping fee to ask!
I have noticed similar situations in other reviews as above.
I can’t be bothered paying extra shipping fees of 13£ which will end up the cost of medication extremely pricey.
I found out that the original tag price itself has already included shipping fees ( 27£) whereas other pharmacies sell the same medication at a price 11£ for medication.
Please avoid this pharmacy ( doctor online ) at all cost.
Inefficient delivery service and costly extra reshipment fees and irresponsible customer service.

Ideally, you should have been notified that your package was taken to the post office, where it is typically held for about one week.
The additional reshipping costs are standardized across all countries and cover the the actual delivery costs and the processing costs incurring by the pharmacy and Doctoronline.
Regarding prescription medications, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund due to legal requirements. Pharmacies are obligated to destroy returned medications to ensure quality and safety.
