I was quite nervous and apprehensive about needing to see a doctor abroad, as I’d never had to do it before. However, the whole process was incredibly easy and straightforward.
Booking the appointment was quick and hassle-free, and the online appointment was booked within 10 minutes. The doctor was friendly, professional, and very helpful.
My prescription was sent through within minutes of the consultation, meaning I was able to take my first tablet within an hour of arranging the appointment. The service was efficient, reassuring, and exceeded my expectations.

Only criticism was putting in date of birth - you have to scroll back month by month by year - took a while to get back to my year of birth.
Otherwise process was fairly simple. Prescription was emailed to me & then I emailed it to the pharmacy I went into.

When you’re traveling thousands of miles away from home and you get sick, you feel like you’re helpless. This is so easy to schedule an appointment with a live Doctor Who spoke my language and was calm, courteous, and professional. He was able to prescribe the medications I need and I was able to fill it in a local pharmacy. 100% thrilled with the entire experience.

Extremely prompt and excellent service for any common medical issues when abroad. I unfortunately experienced an acute UTI while on holiday in Spain, I required a prescription for an antibiotic. It was the weekend and I was desperately googling where the nearest medical clinic was, it was then that I came across doctorsa.com. I was dubious about it at first, but within 30minutes of signing up to doctorsa.com I had a video consult with a doctor with the prescription emailed during the consultation. I was skeptical at first but I had just gotten to Germany and realized I forgot my medication back in the US and thought I would give this a try. Scheduling was very easy and fast. I got an appointment within 15 minutes of my booking time. The call went through clearly and I was able to get a prescription to last me through my trip. The doctor was very kind and helpful. He informed me that I should have no problems filling the prescription but on the rare chance I did have trouble to just try a different pharmacy. Convenience, service and expertise; we were able to avoid spending large amounts of money and time visiting an Urgent Care, Emergency Room or private MD while on a Viking cruise. The responding doctor carefully analyzed the medical history we provided and was prepared to provide guidance and prescribe needed medications to be picked up at a nearby pharmacy as soon as possible.
