Another excellent conference with broad appeal. Good speciality lectures combined with pragmatic group discussions with impact for all healthcare providers. Great to have constructive discussions with other specialities.

An excellent programme, great balance of new and controversial with updates in best practice. Would this year rate almost half the speakers as "outstanding", the rest all good or excellent - best faculty in years!

good programme, great location

Thank you for a fantastic conference with high quality education and plenty of reflective learning. This year I heard the best talk of my 36 year medial career from an intensive care consultant describing the impact of their job on their mental health and subsequent recovery. I'm so grateful that he shared his own expereince. The organisers of this meeting should be commended for their forward thinking in recognising the importance of doctors' own health and wellbeing and our ability to carry on in a very demanding profession. They have been ahead of their time for years!

I have been attending numerous courses throughout my career worldwide. Most have a good educational value. But none focus on well-being or deliver an excellent variety of lectures in a relaxed and captivating manner. Most lectures target the everyday challenges we encounter. I can honestly say that I would recommend this course to any of my colleagues without hesitation.

Interesting and informative lectures. An excellent (and otherwise non existent) opportunity to spend time with colleagues, discuss ideas and projects and, also, just as valuably, to get to know each other socially. And probably the only useful well-being event available when working for the NHS

Excellent conference providing updates in all areas of anaesthetic practice. Speakers were leaders in their fields and provided practical advice on setting up similar services in our own hospitals. Fantastic networking opportunities as well as mindfulness workshops and team sports. Best 4 days of the year!
