I placed an order through Amazon Prime for 2 unicorn girls bath robes. I never got an email and text about tracking. It was written I should receive them before Christmas. I tried to contact them but it was a foreign telephone number. A few days after Christmas, I got an email stating that there were not enough in stock and that the order was canceled. I got reimbursed but I would never order from this company again.

I never recived my item and I emailed 3 times and received no responce.

Steer clear of this company! I never received the merchandise I ordered. This company did not respond to any of the emails I sent them. If I could rate them zero stars, I would.

Absolutely terrible. No tracking information provided through “shop”. Requests for updates ignored. Package did not arrive in time for Xmas. I wish for my order to be canned and a full refund. Confirm please.

I received an e-mail confirmation for my order No. 1229
on 10-3-2023. The confirmation stated that they were getting the order ready and would notify me when it ships. I paid for expedited shipping. As of 10-26-23. I have not received any communication from Dr. Unicorn, nor have I received the product (2 bath robes). Customer service has not responded to my e-mail follow ups. Is this a legitimate business?

Order never came, no response from your team. What the hell?!? Do not buy from this site.

Didn’t know order was canceled. It was for Christmas. Just saw an eBay credit.

Fast, secure shipping

Placed my order and received quick response as to when order would ship. Upon receipt of item and without even opening the bubble wrapped package I decided to return the item for a refund which is clearly stated on their website. Need authorization to return for refund. Have now sent 3 requests with no response. Very poor customer service and would never buy from them again.

I only received half my order. I've reached out numerous times to get the other half sent to me or to receive a refund but no one is responding to my emails. I also tried calling and there is no answer. I would not recommend buying anything from this site as they clearly don't care about getting you what you paid for and have zero customer service.

So far the package hasn’t been received. Was to take 5 days. It has been 2 weeks.

Fits great. Looks great. My daughter loves it.

Doctor Unicorn's service was excellent. They kept us updated when shipping was delayed during a busy holiday season, and returned the extra amount we had paid for expedited shipping.
