Excellent company. Fast and best price.

Ive recently had our Marriage Certificate translated from English to Thai using Document Translations and it couldn't have gone any smoother.
Firstly I want to say the previous review is totally opposite to our experience. I used Google and got 2 quotes from 2 other translators, they were the first 2 on Google so I tried them, they advertised from £29. The first quoted £288, the
second quoted £334, I couldn't believe it. I queried them but they weren't very helpful, it seemed like they didn't understand our needs so just hit me with random figures.
I then tried Document Translations, I explained what I wanted, it didn't need apostles, legalised etc all I needed was their company stamp on it. They were quick to reply and asked me to email a photo of our marriage certificate which I did straight away. They emailed me back and said we can do this for £59. Wow, what a fantastic price. This was for a digital copy, if I wanted a paper copy also it was another £6 so we opted for that.
The next day a proof copy of their Thai certificate came via email and they asked me to check it, my wife said they'd spelled her name wrong. I took a photo of my wifes ID card so they could see the correct spelling, within 30 mins they'd sent another proof for us to check over, everything was perfect. I gave them the thumbs up to go ahead.
Within the hour everything arrived through via email, it looked brilliant when we printed it out in colour, official stamps, lots of proof about the translator, contact numbers etc, we were both over the moon with the results, quality speed and costs.
I have no connections with this company, they were a random choice I chose from Google.
I really don't understand the previous review, maybe he left his review before getting other quotes, as far as we are concerned
document-translations.co.uk were a first class company to deal with.

Untrustworthy

This business is very shady, enquired about prices, which were entirely different to those advertised. When I enquired about the website prices i.e. £25 starting, they lady started to come up with nonsensical excuses like that it does not include VAT, or that it was a one page document - yet she quoyedume £60 without mentioning VAT either ir asking if mine was a ine page document. Non-professional untrustworthy.
