I signed up for a 7 day trial to utilize their website for a cease and desist order. After having frustration that the website was not fluid in being able to type up the document the way I needed I cancelled the trial the same night on 1/11/2026. I was erroneously charged twice $49.95, once in January and again in February. When I emailed the site per the instructions on their website under refunds I was told under their terms and conditions it clearly states the fees and that they would cancel my account but would not be refunded. This is unacceptable as I cancelled the trial on the same night I signed up. These types of practices need to be regulated better, who is responsible for checking to make sure that when a trial is cancelled that it is in fact actually cancelling the trial? For anyone reading this that is considering using their platform for legal documents I would consider going to your local library or county courthouse to get legal documents for free or for a small fee instead of being duped into a scam 7 day trial as I was. I will be giving this to my corporate legal team for further review.

The pictures were supposed to be downloaded from a pdf to a jpeg. But it downloaded the picture to a zip file and I had to spend at least 2 hrs trying to get this figured out.
Not a user friendly site for those of us who are in our mid 70s and didn't grow up with computers.
