Ordered a book in June, it was due in the last week of July. My package appears as received in the FNAC website but I never received. I contacted the company in August but didn't received an answer or a refund. Total scam.

I Am expecting their feedback since two months.

Ordered a book that never arrived, and was later canceled. No money refund was given back, even after sending emails to the customer service, which is inexistent! Really awful experience

Ordered an item that was supposed to be delivered within 3-5 days. I needed it for the trip. As it didn’t arrive on time, I asked for cancelation and money refund. That was by the end of June. Now it is mid-August and I am still waiting for that money…

It's not a scam company, but they have gone bankrupt.

A shame really, as I have been ordering from them for many years to my satisfaction.

This is a SACM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Over a month ago I placed an order for some household devices. The delivery dates presented on their websites are not relevant. I was informed that they do not have items I ordered and they dont know when they will be shipped. I cancelled my order and now its been over 3 weeks that I am waiting for a refund. THERE IS NO AWAILABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - the call line do not work and they do not reply on emails

Worst shop ever! Don't buy anything there, they cancel orders and don't return money, don't respond to calls and emails, just avoid this company!

This company is applying for bankruptcy but still taking your money while having no stock. If you get an email from them it's generally something to make you wait a little longer. Seems they are trying to squeeze out some more money before the end

Asked by sending e-mail what happened to my ordered book... Sent them all Infos and copy of my note I got from them after my purchase. But visibly this company does not have a customer service. They just send you in German general information..., but no clear info where is your purchase.

Ordered items that were delivered over 3 weeks later than the advertised date.
Contacted customer service each week and got no response...until today when it said the items were shipped and I got 3 replies which were all the same.
There is no customer service.
This was my first and last time using this site.

Avoid ordering from this website!
I ordered a boardgame. In their website it was written that the item will be delivered within less than a week. A month later, the package has not been delivered yet. In addition, the don't answer their costumer service phone and my complaint emails where answered after more than a week with an automatic response that was irrelevant to my request to cancel my order and have a refund.

Their actions are awfully similar to a fraudulent activity.

Update: after I posted this review I got a notice that they sent my package and it arrived after 2 days. No human or personal contact was made from their costume service.

they went in bankrupcy or konkurs... dodax.ch is very good and I'm happy with all of my orders but since the end of june it looks like they don't work anymore... bad luck

Very dishonest company !

Book only got delivered after 5 weeks, but indicated that it will be delivered in 3-5 days. No detailed answers on email of when is the delivery. No one answered phone calls.

They canceled without any reason my order. Never again.

Dodax just does not refund your money after returning products. I did sent multiple reminders but without success. After two appologies they do not respond at all. The amount is 744,95. If there are more people with the same experience, I would like to end businesses like DODAX.

I ordered two books on 20 June and after 3 weeks I emailed them asking where the books are.I got no response but they reimbursed me the money.

ordered from dodax three times, one order arrived a day late, the other one was a week late. the last order never even arrived even though it was still available according to the website. only good thing was, that i got a full refund...

it says it has not even been shipped yet.
I can not get through on the phone.

my order was cancelled, i did not get refunded.

Ordered two weights on this site. Were supposed to arrive in 2-3 days. One week later, not even news that they have been shipped. Tried to call: some robot voice asks you very kindly to wait online because everyone is busy, at the end of this message they close the call. Wrote on their website, no message after 24hours. Not sure if (???) I will get my order... Really avoid!

UPDATE: I tried to cancel my order by sending an email to customer service but they did not reply immediately, waited another week, sent the items nevertheless. After they sent it I wrote back saying I had asked one week earlier to cancel the order, and they sent a long, boilerplate answer that didn't answer the simple question "how do I cancel an order". I think they are going bankrupt, really, so they don't want to miss on any purchase.
