Dodl fails to execute orders
Dodl consistently fails to execute orders, despite being submitted well ahead of their own cut off times. This could have been 'ok' years ago but is no longer acceptable. Unfortunately, they also fail to recognise their poor service and financial loss caused to investors due to their delays.
PS for Toby: no need for that as I've already raised a complaint with Dodl and Dodl replied in a way which I find unsatisfactory.

Poor information online
I’m trying to help my grandchildren set up LISAs. Dodl appears to have lower charges than most………. together with less information (which can of course be gleaned elsewhere). However other reviewers say it has far fewer investments to choose from. So what can you choose? For the life of me I can’t find any info online. I don’t want to download the app since it’s not for my use. How does one find out? For instance, does it offer Investment Trusts, like say City of London IT or Murray International? There’s no way I’ll suggest my ‘green’ grandchildren buy a pig in a poke!
I see below that A J Bell Dodl requires more information. I just want to know what shares my grandchildren could invest in, since dodl doesn’t offer the full range of investments that AJ Bell offers.I couldn’t find a link on the website. I’m sorry if that wasn’t clear from my original review. I’m still waiting.
James from DODL has now contacted me, very helpful and sent me a link by email. It wouldn’t work on my iPad but did on my iPhone.So I’m now better informed. So I’ve updated the 1 star to 3 stars, but it’s a pity the information wasn’t easily available in the first place. Thank you, James.

I contacted Dodl ro find out if my money would be protected by FSCS but they pointed me to their website and their pdf which says its FSCS guarantee protection. But i checked on FSCS website it clearly says your money is NOT protected.
How can they advertise that it's FSCS protected? Watch out, always check officially. I won't put my money with Dodl.

Dodl LISA transfer too slow and no one helps!
I initiated a cash LISA transfer to Dodl on 12th Feb this year. Dodl only acknowledged that they are on this case on 18th Feb. Then my old provided emailed me saying transfer is completed on 23rd Feb, only the money showing no where, not on old provider any more and neither on Dodl. Then after a whole day, it finally appears on Dodl app. However, till now (evening of 26th Feb), I can not invest this fund and Dodl still gives me a "not yet" message saying I need to transfer LISA to use LISA on Dodl..... Messaged some help on the app and someone saying they will chase the team but still no reply after a whole day. I would not recommend Dodl to anyone and remember the account fee is 0.15% without cap!
