Relly great customer service

Relly great customer service - my local delivery company temporarily lost the order and Dodofy shipped a new one immediatelly. But even outside of this problematic situation I am very happy with the customer service and how well they communicated regarding my shipment. And the labels are well made and really nice - also fit with the expectations. Will definitely order again - thank you!

Communication

I really love the communication that you guys do. It is so nice to hear from you and to get those updates. Every step of the way has included someone contacting me to make sure that I know what is happening and that I get what the product that I want.

A wonderful talented Team of people, providing excellant products

I have now had the pleasure of being a very Happy customer for a number of months and four different labels on. The Design Team have been absolutely great, down to smallest request & detail. Keeping me in touch. Labels are strong, embroidery great and prices per batch very reasonable indeed. Delivery & tracking emails are concise and delivery when promised. Thank you DoDofy.

They took my money and sent me nothing

Order #9101 placed on 9th October. Based on their website, it should be already delivered weeks ago:

"We estimate that no matter where you are in the world, you can expect to receive your labels within 14 working days from the day we receive your order. For some destinations, however, you can expect a longer delivery time. All orders are shipped from our label factory in Germany or Denmark. We need 6-9 working days to produce your order and the shipping time depends on your final destination."

I suppose based on the information we live in Czechia, it should be rather sooner than later. Order was confirmed and paid right away. Nothing happened, so I sent them reminders on October 25, November 11 and November 22. No response at all (it's November 27 when writing this). Again, based on their website: "you can expect lightning-fast responses". Funny. When you call their only visible phone number, it only says something in Danish and hangs up, no real person picks up the phone.

To sum it up, I highly not recommend this company unless you want to waste your money on nothing.

Dear Tatiana Horák,

On November 27th, you reached out to us via Facebook and Instagram Messenger. We appreciate the communication, even though the tone wasn't very polite, and there were some unpleasant accusations.

After closely examining your case, we have confirmed that you did indeed send us an email on October 25th, November 11th, and November 22nd. Unfortunately, we discovered that your emails ended up in our Google spam folder. Google has flagged your email address as spam. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and fully understand your frustration when you were unaware of this.

On November 28th, you were offered a full refund, which you declined. Instead, you wanted our labels. Now, you believe that we are holding your labels hostage and that you cannot get them unless you remove all your comments and reviews. However, this was, of course, not the case. You were, therefore, offered a full refund and a resend of your labels with no strings attached to prove you wrong. We haven't heard from you since.

THE CASE IN SHORT:
On October 7th, you ordered 50 custom labels, 10mm. It was not on October 9th. However, on October 11th, your order was dispatched, and a dispatch confirmation was sent to your email the day after, on October 12th. I'm sorry to hear that you claim you haven't received the dispatch confirmation email. On October 16th, DHL/Ceska Posta attempted to deliver your order, but unfortunately, they were unsuccessful. Ceska Posta has sent you a message stating that the shipment is available for collection. I understand that you are claiming that you haven't received it either. On November 16th, your order was returned to us from the Czech Republic, and we received it on November 22nd and awaiting handling from our side. On November 28th, a full refund was issued, and on November 30th, your labels were reshipped to you.

We sincerely regret and take full responsibility for not seeing your emails, as Google's spam filter unintentionally intercepted them. Such incidents are regrettable, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We are reachable 24/7 via email, online chat, Facebook, and Instagram Messenger.

We are dedicated to maintaining ethical business practices and ensuring fairness in all of our dealings. Mistakes happen, and we take full responsibility when they do. However, we don't want to be pressured by negative comments on various social media and review sites.

I recently received my second order

I recently received my second order. Yes, production and delivery take quite a while (3 weeks to the US), but I forgot about my order, and suddenly it arrived. Beautiful labels, exactly as ordered, and excellent value. You need patience, but it was most definitely worth the wait.

My first order at Dodofy but…

This is my first order at Dodofy but not the last one! I'm so pleased with the quality of the labels, they are soft, have nice colours and it's really easy to choose your own design. Big thumbs up!
