KAREN ALERT - Rude and terrible customer - I would never recommend any company to deal with this person, who apparently has all the time in the world to write multiple reviews. Would give 0 stars to this customer. Don't waste your time on this customer.
We have already responded with the following:
Assalamu Alaikum Siham. As directed on our website, we have operated within the time frame given. We ship orders from 1-4 WORKING days after the order is registered in our system. Furthermore, there were custom prints in your order, which gives 1 or 2 WORKING days extra to be prepared.
Your order was picked up by DHL later than we booked, which can happen. (Sorry, we do not own them, nor does their staff work for us). Your order was picked up by them this Monday, four days ago, and you received it outside of the EU in 4 days.
First of all, you could at any time have written in the notes of the order or contacted us and expressed that this was a very URGENT order, and we would have worked around it. But we never heard anything from you until the parcel was shipped, where you wrote directly that you are upset and our customer service is the worst. I wonder how the customer service you have not interacted with can be the worst?
As we are humans (Yes, even behind the screen), we respond similarly if the customers are rude.
Had you contacted us or given ANY message or email where you had expressed the need for any further assistance after placing your order, we would as always have gone out of our way to help you out and make sure your needs were met. As we have just received your rude emails, without any space for us to assist you, we can do not do much more than reply to your emails and now this review.
Superb Quality
I ordered a combination of posters with frames and I am absolutely amazed by the quality of the prints! Great customer service and a speedy dispatch/delivery too. Thank you :)

Worst quality prints ever
Very disappointed in the quality of the prints I ordered. Considering the price, I was expecting top quality prints. The paper/card they are printed on look and feel cheap. And the worst part is one of my large prints had scuff marks (I think this may have been a returned product from a previous customer) and another of my large prints actually had a faint fold across the middle of it.. it’s a real shame considering the amount they charge .. definitely will not be ordering from here again

Assalamu alaikum, we have checked our system, to see if you have sent us an email regarding receiving damaged posters, but can't find any? In any case where a customer receives damaged prints, we always ship new posters if they get in contact with us.
Secondly, we never sent returned posters as they go directly recycling when they are returned to us.
Regarding the paper used, we use the same quality as all other poster companies, and it is directly from Canon, so if you feel it is the worst quality ever, we do not suggest you to order from any posters companies

I have ordered some Islamic posters and the day I ordered them I got a shipping message. The package came with one side open and missing posters. I contacted them and they immediately sent a new package. I received it a couple days later and the posters were amazing. The quality is perfect.

I ordered three canvas. The quality is nothing like canvas its more like ‘banner’ quality. And above all there are folding markes on it. Disappointed.

Assalamu Alaikum and thank you for your review. All canvases, even those you paint on for paintings, are folded canvas-fabric over the wood frame. The canvas fabric used for fabric printing is always coated for the ink to sit on, which makes it more solid, than a blank cavas without any fabric treatment.
My parcel was delivered to the wrong…
My parcel was delivered to the wrong address but the company got in touch almost immediately after I contacted them, offering to replace. This was needed as postman had posted to wrong address.
