Stopped responding when I requested a…

Your response is the first and only communication I have received from your company since my order was delivered. That alone says everything.
Let’s be clear.
You did not “handle my return request late.” You never handled it at all. I sent multiple emails over the course of three months and was completely ignored. No reply. No acknowledgment. Nothing. The only reason you are responding now is because I left a public review.
Your explanation about not accepting returns due to “use” is irrelevant and misleading. The dog wheelchair was never taken out of the box. It was unused, untouched, and in original condition. There was no health or hygiene concern. This is simply an excuse to avoid issuing a refund.
You also fail to address the fact that your company lists questionable or fake U.S. business addresses, which raises serious concerns about transparency and legitimacy.
Shipping took three weeks for a product that is clearly time sensitive. We ordered this wheelchair to improve our dog’s quality of life. She deteriorated during the wait and passed away before it even arrived. That delay more to our family than you will ever know.
After delivery, you completely stopped responding, which forced me to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau just to try to get any acknowledgment.
To summarize for anyone reading:
No customer service after purchase
No response to repeated emails over months
No refund issued for an unused, unopened product
Misleading policies used after the fact
Questionable business presence in the United States
This is not a misunderstanding. This is a company that avoids accountability once they have your money.
Proceed accordingly.
Original Complaint:Stopped responding when I requested a return. Terrible company. Fake addresses of business in the United States.

Reply from Dog Wheelchair

Dear Customer,

We are sorry to hear about your frustration and that you feel your return request was not handled in time.

Our dog wheelchairs are intended for weak, injured, or recovering pets. For health and hygiene reasons, and to help prevent any risk of cross-contamination, products of this type cannot be resold once they have been delivered and used. Because of that, we do not accept no-reason returns unless the product has a verified quality issue.

If the item you received has a product defect or a quality problem, please send us clear photos or a short video showing the issue, and we will review it for you as soon as possible and provide an appropriate solution.

Thank you for your understanding.

Best regards,
Dog Wheelchair
