The service is exceptional as you are kept up to date with orders at all times I have had 2 leads and 2 harnesses from this site the harnesses were lovely quality they fit the dogs really well and are padded for comfort with a pretty cute design. The first lead I ordered was lovely quality there was padding inside the strap that you hold the lead with, however the second lead did not have the padding in the strap like the first one which was why I bought it so I was quite disappointed with the latest lead. This however will not stop me from purchasing future items as I really like their products but next time I will just confirm before ordering that I have chosen the right one.
