It was quick delivery and it fits her just perfect , it’s the first coat that I have brought her that fits her perfectly,
It’s lovely quality ,keeps her lovely and warm .

Lovely quality and customer service. I placed a large order harness collar hoodie beanie and a 4 legged fleece jumper loved them all. However the 4 legged fleece was too small so I exchanged for the Sherpa which fits great slightly long in the body but that’s fine. The only reason I knocked off one star was because of how big the order was then I had to pay £4 return to exchange the product which is disappointing. I understand for a small business you have to cover costs but I was exchanging for a more expensive product

We had purchased a rain jacket for Ted our cavapoo and unfortunately the stitching on the Velcro fastening started to come loose. I spoke with the customer service team over the phone and sent a picture of the damaged item. They contacted me to let me know that they were willing to replace the jacket. The only problem was that they didn’t have his size in stock. There was a similar jacket with a fleece lining which was more expensive which they agreed to send instead. A few days later our Cavapoo Ted was delighted as he was dry and warm on his walks. Great customer experience and happy to recommend to all interested parties.

Everything was a smooth process from finding the items I wanted to purchasing and receiving them. They were shipped quickly and are great quality. As well they have size guides and instructions on how to measure your pup so you can get the right size! Overall great experience

Lovely quality ! Just want I need for my new puppy

After struggling to find my miniature dachshund puppy a coat for winter, I came across the dog barn. The Sherpa fleece fits him perfectly and keeps him warm and dry. Not to mention he looks very handsome!! Will definitely be buying again :)
