I bought a cat flap from this company several years ago and it still functions perfectly. Well, almost perfectly. A little grub screw fell out of the locking mechanism so I emailed the company asking if they could provide a replacement. A day later I phoned to check and they confirmed the screw would be supplied, free of charge. They said they would pick up my details from the email. Later that day they phoned back to say the email hadn’t arrived and took my address over the phone.

Being proactive in seeking out my address impressed me a lot, as did providing a free of charge replacement. Dogdoors are not the cheapest but, unquestionably, they are the best.

I always come back to Dogdoors.co.Uk when I move house or just need a new dog door - most recently for my house extension. The quality of the door is second to none. Keeps drafts out. Keeps heat in. Quiet operation. Easily handles the abuse of 2 Shepherds battering through when a squirrel has the audacity to enter their garden. Never a worry when I’m out and the dogs need a wee- they come in and out as they please. Couldn’t live without it. And the customer service at Dogdoors is top class- nothing is too much trouble and they are happy to talk through your needs AND provide after sales backup forever (which is a long long time since these doors can last 20 years+ with minimal maintenance). Rarely these days do you find a company that offers high quality products AND amazing service. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My 70kg mastiff regularly dives through at top speed when seeing a squirrel in the garden. When a door can withstand this amount of hard wear for the past 5 years it is worth every penny. It actually doesn't compare to the other pet doors around - it is the real deal, keeping out draughts and giving my dog the freedom to come and go at any time. I'm not sure what I would have done without it. A lifesaver!
