I participated in the DOGEBALL presale on January 30, 2026 via
their official website. I sent payments in DOGE (via Dogechain
bridge) and SOL — all transactions are confirmed on-chain with
full explorer proof.
After 6+ weeks of back-and-forth, their support told me all my
payments show as "failed/expired" in their internal system. No
tokens were credited, no refund was offered, and after I sent
them every single transaction link they simply stopped replying.
I set a clear deadline (March 16, 09:00 CET) — no response.
Confirmed TX proof available on request.
Be very careful before sending any funds to this presale.
