When delivered on time and without damages, the patch of real grass is great for our apartment. Our dog uses it regularly. However, two times it has been delivered damaged. Most recently, the lawn was delivered to the wrong address. Doggielawn has not responded to my emails or resolved the issue, even though they sent me the FedEx picture confirming wrong address delivery.
