I can’t recommend Doggovinci enough!!! The pictures are SO well done and absolutely hysterical! I also cannot rave about their customer service enough! They are SO responsive and quick to get back with any issues! I’m already looking around the site to order another canvas!!!

Buy from this site for the very first time because I found their designs quite interesting. I want to have a poster that can include my 3 dogs, they don't have it, but the customer service people was very helpful and tailor made some designs for me which make it looks very beautiful. Much better than some other website who never reply your email nor care about your needs. Really appreciated

Please note that our live customization products like our keychain that you ordered are customized by the customer and the preview is provided before ordering, we have photo upload guidelines on each page which indicate to use a quality photo with adequate lighting around the Dog. This is particularly important in the case of a Black Dog. Unfortunately it appears you did not follow the photo upload guidelines and uploaded a photo of a black dog with a black car interior surrounding the dog. I saw the photo you submitted to Joy and with all due respect it is not true that you can not see the dog. In fact, given the photo used, while the car seating background is not ideal given it is black, I am surprised with how visible the dog appears on the keychain. This is normally not a situation that we would consider our responsibility, however I see that Joy kindly offered an exception to you and offered you a re-production at cost with a photo in line with our guidelines. I am sorry but we can not process a refund for a non-returned item, especially in the case of a product that is not defective. If you would like to return the item and would like to speak with me directly.
