Highly recommend. Super customer service
Have found dogs.ie to be nothing but efficient and well run. I have only placed one ad but made a few errors when entering ad and have had to email a few times and each and every time they have been responded to within minutes. I could not recommend enough for not only being able to find new homes for our puppies but their efficiency and quality.

We have about 50 ads and over 140 Cockapoos for sale at the moment, so there are quite a few ads in this category.

Dogs.ie is a well ran and safe site for both buyers and sellers.
They have advice for buyers that is clear and easy to follow.
I would like if they added a "view counter" so a seller can see how many times their advert has been viewed. Also the description box should be left open if a seller wants to change the wording on their advert without having to email for permission.
Overall I do think the dogs.ie site is well ran and well policed by Paul and his very helpful staff.
The response from staff and Paul is fast and efficient.
I do think the cost of placing an advert is very expensive, so if the cost could be brought down or if more time was added to the advert I would be very happy.
Very pleased with dogs.ie.

Dog welfare
I found this site a bit more difficult than others . Having said that it's welfare for pets is excellent. Once puppies are microchipped I would advise to wait until chip numbers are on database as ur add will be rejected . I would highly recommend it for the serious buyer / seller. Dan

It is almost perfect but I need to wait for 2 weeks for microchips to be activated before I legally post my dog ads.

Thanks for the review Dennis, sorry about the delay. This is actually a legal requirement, the microchip has to be implanted and registered in your name.
If the vet does them electronically it should be almost instant. If they are posting them in it can take a few days with An Post and then they have to be transcribed and manually entered into the database. This can take a bit of time.
Next time it might be best to see if you can find a vet that can register them online to speed this process up.
