It's a great website. However, it's expensive to publish an add. I got over the jaw drop but then tried to bump my add, and it brought me to another €12 just to bump it after already paying to publish.

You contact them with genuine home to go to with years worth of experience breeding dogs and they can’t even have the decency to contact you with messages in order to come see or purchase the dogs.
They need to be vetted if they are advertising

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review, and I'm sorry you are not happier. Your rating does seem a little harsh if I'm honest.
I do know that dogs sell quickly as there is currently so much demand at the moment and sellers struggle to reply to all inquiries. If you've sent two or more messages and the ad is a few days old it's likely that it's already gone, I'm afraid.
We do have an 'Alerts Feature' where you can sign up to hear about certain breeds being advertised. You can learn about it here https://help.dogs.ie/knowledge-base/email-alerts/
We would encourage you to use our'Dog Buying Contract' should you find a suitable dog https://dogs.ie/contract/

I was delighted with the service that dogs.ie provided, the website was safe and very clear on their expectations, all my puppies went to excellent homes, l advertised them on a Sat morning and they were gone by Monday, l couldn't have hoped for better homes, l was contacted by one undesirable person, but he got the road fairly quick.
To anyone complaining about the price of posting the add on dogs.ie, well, you get what you pay for. Not happy with it, don't advertise with them, funny how no one is ever complaining about the financial gain they may have made!!!
I would definitely have no issue in recommending dogs.ie to anyone. A great and safe service. The only thing for us is that we miss our beautiful fur babies.

That all the people whom bought the puppies were so lovely in there personalities and even all whom contacted me in there enquires by text or phone. I took a look at your ad and it could be that the mixed breed nature (Samoyed x Border Collie) of the puppy is something that people are a little confused about. Maybe we can put in some information about the parents and their temperaments so people can understand a bit more what type of dog they may get. Please email support@dogs.ie and we can try to come up with some suggestions.

Looking at your ad you are selling a 6 month old puppy , these can be a bit harder to find new homes for. Despite this, your ad has been seen over 400 times and you have gotten inquiries about the dog.
Edit: Thanks for updating your review. We run puppies.ie / adultdogs.ie / pedigree.ie , they link to dogs.ie.
They are many other websites selling dogs in Ireland. Googling “dogs.ie alternatives” will give you a page on our site with more than 10 other websites.
