This is the second time I’ve ordered from dogstags.ie. The tags are so classy and they never fade. I wouldn’t order from anywhere else now. Highly recommend.

We love our new puppy's dogtag. Very easy to deal with and great helpful responses. Would 100% recommend this company.

I ordered dog tags for my dog, as I was moving house. (Needed new details on a new tag). Got a shipping notification but because 2 weeks after that I hadn't received them, I emailed customer care, who give a cheery but useless response....3 weeks after the shipping notification, I moved, so I never received them. Despite bank holidays, 3 weeks should have been enough time to allow for delivery. That's almost 30€ lost...

UPDATE: they got in touch and promised to deliver a new set to my new address, which is cool. So I've given 2 extra stars for that.

I bought a beautiful gold dog tag as a Christmas gift for my daughters new Retriever. It is beautiful. It has a diamond on it which really sets it off. It came in a lovely blue velvet pouch.

Ordered from Dogtag.Ie and got notification within a week that item had been shipped. Three months later no sign. Logged a complaint but no reply. Looking at other reviews this seems to be a recurring problem. Ordered from petstop and it arrived in 3 days. I feel this site is a scam.

Expected with an I.E address that this would be an Irish Product. Shipping took longer than I would have expected. >6 working days.

Very happy with my dog tag. I ordered the gold bone, engraving on the back is very clear and visible, my dog's name on the front is the perfect size and font. Really impressed with this product. Really good quality.

Do not use this company! Like many others I thought this was an Irish company- it is not! I was told order would arrive in 5 days, it took over 3 weeks, company in US and they said product came from Switzerland.

Absolutely rip off, rings to fit the tag are so small that barely fit the name tags and do not fit the collar at all. Was charged €1.50 per ring.

Collars came damaged. 60 euros for that what a rip off. Terrible costumer service in top of it all.

Ordered silver circular dog tags. Great quality, strong metal and visible script. Very happy.

There was a bit of a delay but they've replied my questions and offered their help very quickly. The tag is beautiful, exactly what I wanted :)

I placed my order on 11/09/2021 and never received same so reached out to the company who advised they reshipped my order on 05/10/2021. I reached out yet again on 18/10 as still nothing was received and I requested a refund however was advised shipping times are not in their hands and to wait another week and then they’ll refund me. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered dog tag over 10 days ago.Never arrived. No reply to e mails.Total rip off.Please do not be conned by this shower of scammers

Total scam.

I thought it was an Irish business. They ship from abroad and you will have to pay customs taxes.

Ordered dog tags over a month ago. No product received & they will not reply to my emails. Also tried to leave a negative review on their website but so far it hasn’t been posted. I’m not great with technology but I believed I was ordering from an Irish website until I came on this site. I would not recommend this company to anyone

It's been over 2 and a half weeks and no sign of the product. I've had to buy elsewhere and the company refuses to refund me. Lesson learned - buy lrish.

Ordered nearly 3 weeks ago...still nothing here.Sent an email asking what happened only got automatic reply to wait for an answer - 4 days later still no order nor answer .
I'd say Avoid

Very misleading with shipping times. 3-4 days listed on their website, in the dispatch email received it says 4-7 days, so they can't even marry up that piece of information. Anyway, neither are true.

Advice is to avoid. Opt for a reputable, Irish company who value their customers instead.

Fab company to deal with ..fab product ..dog tag looks very expensive

It took ages to arrive. When ordering from a ".ie" domain, I expected it within a week. From anywhere else in the World it still shouldn't have taken more than 2 weeks, but it was longer. This is why only 4 stars and I was contemplating 3.

The product itself is class! I love it. very good quality and beautiful. Easy to read.
