I have been using dogtv for a long time - we started off leaving it on when we had to go to work all day. I still put it on for my senior dog when we have to leave the house and I think it comforts her.

Dog TV has very nice and down to earth personnel.

My goldens, Maggi and Jenni enjoy DogTV when I have them stay at home while I run errands. The music is very relaxing and helps them to stay calm while I am away.

Marvelous marketing to ask viewers for feedback. The dogs love when I exercise to the music, everyone joins in!

My Kody loves dogtv. All I have to say is let's watch tv and he runs into the room. I have a request, he is more into the tv when there is more squeaks from toys, dogs & other animals.

My dog watches DogTV everyday! I really like it because I feel he’s got something to keep his mind entertained and engaged. Also, since you’ve added CatTV I keep that on my other tv for my cat when I leave the house. DogTV has added so much to my pets’ lives that I don’t know what we’d do without it!!! Thank you DogTV for all the great programming and for always caring about adding to pets lives!!!

I am unable to watch DogTV on my television, which was why I purchased it. I am extremely disappointed.

Came across this when I first got my dog three years ago, as a puppy and got a trail just to try and when it comes to me having to nip out this really does help and definitely sets her ready for bedtime with the nighttime ones. Been a god sent this bonfire night. For the small price definitely worth at least a trial for you

Horrible refund policies.

The team behind the scenes at DOGTV are always prompt in their reply to me; they are always courteous; ask the questions that I would ask if I were in their seats and generally fix anything strange going on in their streaming capacities almost immediately and they (generally) fix it so it doesn't happen again. Good folks here that really care about their subscribers' experience.

Very disappointed. I thought that I cancelled your service over a half of a year ago to find out today that I was charged for another year. And your AI chat agent is pathetically lacking in ability to understand my questions. Your customer service is absolutely awful for the technological world in which we live. I haven’t had a dog since September of last year. I will never recommend you to anyone.

My dogs didn't respond to DogTV any differently than regular TV or no TV as evidenced on my pet cam. I cancelled within a few months, so imagine my surprise when they recently billed me $60. So i tried to logon to the website with both of my emails to check it out. I cannot, nor can I get password resets on either of them. They have no published phone number. I contacted them using the form on their website a few weeks ago. Nothing. I've messaged twice on their Facebook page. Nothing. Will be reporting them to every organization I can find and leaving this review everywhere I can find. Hopefully can spare someone else the grief.

Bought a year subscription from Groupon redeemed on DogTV no issues got an email saying subscription paid in full through 09/2024 - imagine my surprise when I had a bank charge for $9.99 - emailed DogTV was told it was an auth not a charge and if I wanted to cancel I could do so. They totally ignored that I had already paid in full for a year!!! I sent them the Groupon used the email showing it went through and that I was to be charged zero through 09/2024 as I had already paid for a year - the “auth” posted to my bank - I sent another email and was asked to submit the voucher used from Groupon I submitted all requested documents AGAIN and now DogTV is ghosting me - they now have payment for a full year and an additional $9.99 and have not responded to further inquires - their customer service is a joke I even asked on their FB page a different way to get ahold of someone as now I’m out what I paid Groupon who was doing business for DogTV as well as the additional $9.99 charge - my only option it appears is to cancel my subscription and report DogTV for fraud to the BBB and the FTC!!! This is why they want your CC people folks!!

Signed up for the free trial. Dog not really thay interested . Tried to cancel my subscription with absolutely no way to do it

I had DogTV a few years ago with a previous TV provider, and ended up switching providers. I tried different free dog shows, and they just weren’t the same. I’m so glad to have it again. It’s calming, relaxing, and keeps my dog from being distracted by every noise she hears. And, I catch myself not changing the channel after I get home because it helps me unwind after a stressful day. Highly recommend!

My dog may have a brain tumor or some kind of brain issue, he's happy and I have a lot of time to spend with him. I was not able to interest him but I think it's this dog -- I'm his fifth owner, but he's been mine for three years and it's forever -- and another dog and another lifestyle....this is what I'd do for my dog while away. A rainbow bridge dog of mine would have loved this. Probably would have whined when I tried to pull him away for bed. You do a good job and thank you for creating a product that helps pets with separation anxiety, I think that's really right livelihood.

I've been a DOGTV customer/subscriber for two months. Overall, I give them three stars because their content needs improvement. For example, some of the relaxation videos contain more stimulating music than relaxing. As a dancer, I enjoy some of the music to the pointe of wanting to choreograph to it. However, I think they need to scour their content and have some non-employees (dancers) watch some content to give their feedback on whether certain music is relaxing or stimulating. Also, I would like to be able to stream dog tv from my phone to my car. For some reason it won't play into my Android Auto. Also, I have yet to receive my digital DogTV ID tag for my puppies as well as other merchandise I ordered and payed for.

My Labradoodle loves DogTv. As soon as I turn it on, it gets his attention. I like to watch it with him some and wonder what he is thinking lol
