Robert explained all aspects of installation and operation of the fence. He worked patiently with me and my pup on training, returning to ensure all was well and to address questions. My pup caught on quickly and now can enjoy off-leash freedom on our property, giving me peace of mind.

Rob did a fantastic job! He was prompt with my estimate and installation. Everything was done exactly like he said it would be. I have two dogs that are using the fence and are doing great. Rob came back, after the installation, on 3 separate occasions to work with me and the dogs. He helped me train my dogs individually and together, while explaining the process clearly to me. Do yourself a favor and give him a call if you’re considering an underground fence. I would absolutely recommend him!

Dogwatch is a great product. I have been using it for about 9 months and its an easy system to monitor and the dogs can move around as they wish.

Had some doubts but Robert was amazing with his training with our girl Marlee and he had his dog Ellie help too. I would definitely recommend DogWatch for your family dog! Marlee did great and was trained in 3 days and knows where her boundary line is without the flags.

We are very happy with DogWatch of the Carolinas. Good work fast and courteous service. Follow up and service calls were quick and efficient. We were concerned about the electric shock because our toy poodle is only eight pounds. We were told not to worry because the shock can be turned down very low. That has worked out very well for my very small best friend. She has learned the boundaries and stays inside of them even without the collar.
