Responsive and professional! Don did a great job... stopped by early one evening to fix my non-working DogWatch system. Quickly identified the problem, fixed it and it's now up and working great. Superb responsiveness and professionalism!

Ron and his son installed Dog Watch for me. They were friendly, professional and took time to show me how to train Lexi. It only took her 2 days to learn her boundaries and now she very rarely has to wear her training collar. I am so glad I chose Dog Watch and I now know my dog is safe. Would recommend to anyone who needs a fence.

My Granddog Chihuahua/Papillon mix is NOT an outdoor dog. Tell him that. Louis was a lost dog when my Family found him. He escapes and runs fast and far. Owner could not be found so he became part of the family. When their next Military move they ended up with a fence he could jump thru so He moved to FL with me to take care of my Father. But. There was no keeping him inside. He is an escape artist. I’ve spent hours hunting him down. He chases ambulances, UPS trucks, blowing leaves, the sound of a dog barking 5 miles away...loves to catch lizards. Worries me sick he’s going to get run over. My Family made their final move to GA and put a Dog Watch fence on their new property in the woods for my big Granddogs. They also got Louis a collar. He learned his boundaries FAST. After just spending a month long Christmas break with them and being able to let Louis out with the big dogs and not have to hunt him down I knew I had to install a DogWatch Fence in FL. I arrived home on Monday. Tuesday afternoon we had a DogWatch Fence. Because of his training in GA he was good to go as soon as he was shown the boundary’s. I am a happy Grandmother! I am enjoying watching him try to head up the road only to shake his head and turn around. Or to the Indian River across the road to the back and do a u turn. The East Coast DogWatch staff have been absolutely wonderful. I changed my return date and appt several times. Karen was very kind and patient with me! Ron and his son were fast and professional with the installation. Would have gone faster if I had not held them up with my talking and questions. Also very patient with me. :). Important things to know. The DogWatch equipment and collar are guaranteed for life! The battery in the collar lasts 6 months. Replacements are inexpensive. We discovered Louis’s first collar was not working when I just Spotted him going over the hill a few blocks away. My SIL contacted his installer. A new collar was delivered the next day! I was fortunate that my Son In Law gave me the collar he purchased with their fence and I did not have to pay for another one. The in ground wiring is guaranteed for 30 days. When I sell my Fathers house the wall mounted Transmitter can go with me. Heard enough? The DogWatch Hidden Fence is GOLD. I wish I had saved myself a lot of stress and worry and installed sooner. Wonderful service. I have been extremely happy with the product, my dog has not escaped since the fence was installed.

We rescued a 2 year old dog and quickly learned she could climb our wood fence. I contacted Dogwatch of East Coast Florida about an "invisible" fence. We had the fence put in within a few weeks and when he was done with installation Ron gave us a training session. After a couple weeks of training we felt confident letting our dog run freely in the yard. It's been about two months now and our dog stays safe in our yard. The peace of mind is well worth the cost.

I live on a golf course and recently adopted a Pitbull mix. I didn't want to fence the backyard to block the view, but I was really hesitant that an invisible fence wouldn't work. However, after meeting with Ron he put me at ease and assured me with his training the invisible fence would be very safe and secure. He was right!!!..My dog Ripple enjoys her backyard and does not even attempt to wander. She knows exactly where her boundary is and I never have to worry about her escaping. It is well worth the investment and Ron is a true professional. I Highly recommend his product.
