Dogwatch is fantastic. They help to train the animal. Help with maintenance, and are very available for help and maintenance.

When we had a problem, DogWatch was very responsive and repaired our line very quickly

Great job the pups took to the fence really fast they now have a nice yard to play in and no more worries about them leaving it.

I was skeptical about whether or not the fence would keep my headstrong cockapoo in the yard, but I have been amazed. He trained easily and never ventures out of his safe area. We're both happy

After doing online research I settled on dogwatch for a one of reason. They don't have proprietary batteries that have to be changed out every 90 days or so, Dogwatch's batteries are guaranteed for 18+ months. The process was very simple called Liz at Dogwatch setup a meeting I believe with Jen for more details, set the installment date and we know have a safe secure yard for our dog, we live in Penn Hills area and you just can't let your dog run loose. They also offer military discount which enabled us to purchase a higher plan. We don't let our dog go outside for extended periods of time alone. Training was very simple and our dog learned very quickly and understands when he has on his special collar he knows his boundries. We also lost the adjustment tool and I called Liz and we had a replacement at no cost the next day. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an underground fence.

I have had a Dog Watch fence for 15 years. On dog number 2 now and just had transformer replaced with lifetime warranty and had new pet trained by them. All is great and I highly recommend this company. I interviewed others and this one is your best value!

Fence in place for the past month. Sokka has responded well with daily training. Now the bunny that lives across the road is safe and Sokka no longer ventures outside the yard. Thank you

We have had our fence since July of 2005, over 15 yrs.
Liz, and Jack are HONEST caring professional people.
Our system works Great, we have never had a problem.
We lost our Misty, (passed away) back in November of 2018. However, we called them, and they came back out when we got our new pup Molly, they checked out the system, (no problems detected after all those years) and trained her perfectly.
You would really make a big mistake if you get anyone else to install a fence system.

we needed a safe solution for our border collie to play in our yard despite living on a busy street.Contacted DogWatch to install an invisible fence and happy with our decision. From the first phone call to teaching our dog her boundaries once the fence was put in customer service was impressive!

Excellent customer service. They spent time working with us and our dog. She was off leash in her yard within a week. It is so wonderful to allow her the freedom to play outside without being on a leash!

Dog trainer was very helpful and friendly. I appreciated the cost was less than Invisible Fence. I also, appreciated this system gives the dog a beep warning before being zapped. I couldn't believe my crazy puppy would be trained but she is and so is her sister.

Heard and met with you at the Pittsburgh Home and Garden Show. You came and took into consideration that we previously had an Invisible fence. It's now working great considering we have had rabbits, cats, squirrels and even deer temping Cooper to leave the yard!

We moved to a new house that was not fenced. My dogs were used to roaming a fenced yard so we needed a solution. I was hesitate to install an electrical fence for my older dogs. However, the DogWatch system worked like a dream. The family owned company is knowledgeable and kind to animals. It only took a few hours train me and my pups. I highly recommend DogWatch.
