For years the service provider has…been unavailable to provide service.
For years the service provider has always been to busy to make repairs, so I learned to do it myself. Now I can't even reach them by phone or messaging. They don't respond. Even the voicemail is full; probably with hundreds of other customers they aren't assisting.

Trouble II
This training actually works but owner needs to reinforce the training constantly. My dog, Trouble II a lab, does not even need her collar as sometimes I forget to put it on her in the morning. She stays within the confinement area and she does not run outside the front door like she used to. I have already received a return on my investment. Thank you.
