Getting the DogWatch fence was a great decision. I have peace of mind that my dog won't go out on the street or bother the neighbors or chase raccoons or deer. The installation was professional and fast and the training was not difficult. My dog still occasionally tries to cross the boundaries, maybe once every 2-3 weeks. He gets his "reminder," gets a hug from me and is right back to playing. It is a very effective system. I give it a huge thumbs up!

I would highly recommend Dog Watch! Ed is so wonderful and accommodating. You can tell that customer service is very important to him and that he cares about his clients and their happiness. The fence works great too! We are very happy overall!!

Dogwatch of Montana is AWESOME! The product is far superior to others on the market and is well worth the investment, we live next to a very busy highway and I have complete faith in the system. We also have a Big Leash for training and hiking, it works great! I have tried other remote training products but none of them are as reliable. I did lots of research prior to installing our underground system and these guys are the best! Their customer service is above and beyond. I’m pretty sure I drove Ed crazy with all my questions....when your fur baby’s life is on the line, you want to be sure you’re getting the best....Ed never complained, he quickly responded to all my questions and was great to work with!

I’ve worked with DogWatch of Montana several times and have nothing but great things to say. We have purchased both an outdoor hidden fence and 2 remote e-collars for hiking & walks with our dogs. These are the best! We can keep our pup within sight while hiking. I highly recommend this company!

Dog Watch is the best! The owner came right over to our house after a long day at the Home Improvement Show, and started putting our wires in the same night. He worked with a headlamp until midnight, then came back the following day BEFORE THE HOME SHOW to train our pups and make sure it all worked properly. Incredible service and follow through.

My wife and I had kicked around the idea of a under ground fence for a few years then ran into DogWatch of Montana at a home show in Billings. This as been a great addition to our house, no more dog running away with the other stray dogs and we can feel safe letting him roam outside while we are at work. Install was fast and very clean.

Awesome customer service, quick response to all of my needs for my Golden Retrievers! We have about 4 acres of invisible fence and our dogs have come to respect their boundaries. I can go to work feeling comfortable that they are outside playing with no worries of them leaving the yard. The training process was very easy as well. Ed is Great!

We had a great experience with DogWatch of Montana. We have two dogs and the fence works wonderful to keep them in the 5 acres that we have for them to run!

Have not had any problems with it yet. One of my dogs chewed on one of the collars and it still works fine so they are pretty tough. Installation was quick and painless.

My dogs have not been able to leave the yard or jump the fence since having DogWatch. We live in a semi-rural area with deer, fox, and wolves that wander into the vacant lot beside our home and the gully and dry creek bed behind our yard. They now know where the boundries are and do not cross them or even test them anymore. Thank you DogWatch!

We highly recommend Ed Johnson. Ed was prompt with the estimate and completing the installment. He stayed and gave us and our dog some hands on training. He was very knowledgeable about dogs breeds and their temperament. He also made follow up calls to see how the training was going at each stage of the process and offered to come out to help with some reinforcement if needed.

We were comfortable calling Ed with questions as well.
A few months after the installation of our DogWatch fence we called him to help troubleshoot a cut line which occurred when our sprinkler system was installed. He was helpful and informative regarding the proper repairs necessary. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The training could have been more specific, but after reading the instructions that came with the device and a little tweaking our dog has responded very well.
