The guys at this Dogwatch are very nice…
The guys at this Dogwatch are very nice and answer all of my questions! Their turn around time for installation was quick and they got the job done fast! There is always a rapid response to any phone calls with issues to the fence. The only thing holding them back from 5 stars is the lack of knowledge in correctly training a new dog to the fence. We had a Dogwatch fence in our previous home. The training we received for both the dog and ourselves was amazing in that market. I expected the same training here and unfortunately didn't receive that. Luckily I still had the paperwork and knowledge from the previous dog to train our new puppy myself. I truly believe that starting the dog off correctly to the fence will determine the effect the fence has on keeping the dog in the yard.
