I appreciate the free estimate and quick installation. Our fence was able to be installed the week after getting our estimate. Bob called the following week to check on how our dogs were adjusting and answered any questions I had. Highly recommend!

My decision to use Dog Watch was the easiest and best one. Bob installed the indoor invisible device. Muriel, our Cavalier, actually sits to have her collar put on upon returning from a walk.( She is our escape artist)

They were very responsive. I have had this for 20 yrs. the collar stopped working. They replaced it quickly. It was still under warranty so was not expensive to replace. Was cery pleased!

We have been so pleased with the fence that Dog Watch installed for us. Fence was installed when scheduled and time was taken to show us how to use it with our Toy Poodle. We were so happy when our neighbors told us to check them out. The other systems we looked at said the dog had to be at least 8 lbs. our Teddy is only 5.5 lbs. They assured us that our Teddy would be safe. I contacted them after installation to ask a few questions and the response back was quick and helpful. Teddy is.a very happy dog thanks to Dog Watch. In less than a week he was staying inside of his boundaries. The collar weighs next to nothing and does not bother him at all. Thank you Thank you Dog Watch for being a reputable company and having great customer service.

DogWatch was very hands on from the initial quote, to answering questions/concerns we had with training our first dog on an invisible fence and finally through the installation. DogWatch really goes the extra mile to make sure you and your dog feel comfortable. They treated our dog how we treat our dog, like family! We were very happy with DogWatch and Bob’s responsiveness to our needs. He was very friendly when he came to look at the project. Once we chose his company we got scheduled quickly to have installation. He then thoroughly showed me how to train our dog on the fence. He also called to check in on how training was going. Lastly, two weeks after installation our wire got broke from edging. Bob was quick to respond and squeeze us in to have it fixed. We are a very happy customer and our dog is happy and safe in her new play yard!
