App doesn’t work.

App on phone won’t accept DOB.
On lap top it does but after taking my money earlier today and downloading the app it says ‘we will send you a code to your e mail’ but it doesn’t - e mail is correct. I tried resend 20 times - downloaded app again and still it won’t send the code. Have wasted two hours on what feels like a scam.
I’ve e mailed and insta messaged- no response.

Very disappointed

Very disappointed. I joined up but cannot get any response via email from do health. There are no appointments at the blood test centre local to me and when I rang them they hadn’t heard of do health. I have asked for a refund with, once again, no response.

Very impressed so far

Very impressed so far. Was able to get a blood draw the day after I signed up, and as promised the results arrived 3 working days later. There's a lot of detail and a good amount of information to explain the results. This is very different to an NHS test where they won't even tell you your results unless you are critically ill. Here you get guidance on everything and knowledge of whether you are in an optimal, good, acceptable or poor range. All the results are explained in relation to others so you get information where one marker is only a concern if another marker is also in the wrong place. Where this app really excels is the AI coach. You might think "what can an animated tortoise do for me?" But this is way beyond the crappy AI chat bots you normally have to deal with. Fast, really personalised and focussed on sharing hints to work on. I was amazed I was offered tips on dealing with an injury as well as what to eat, and talked about using frozen veg for convenience. It's all so much more human (which is nuts considering it's AI) and realistic than so many crazy programmes that want you to cook complex dishes with dozens of hard to find ingredients. My personal plan is focussed on small achievable changes - can I practise 5 slow breaths? Yes, that's totally doable. I'm really happy I signed up so far. It's really motivating to see where your health markers are good, it feels like working on the other areas is less daunting and not doomed to failure. And just thinking for 4 months until my next test is also a great length - long enough to stay calm and make purposeful changes, but short enough to keep focussed without worrying about all eternity! Recommended.

So disappointed

So disappointed. It looked like just what I need and I was prepared to spend the not inconsiderate amount involved. I also felt Dr Chatergee was a trusted source. After submitting all my details I was put on a "wait list" until services near me were available. That's fine but then I immediately received an email telling me I can skip waitlist if I persuade three other people to join! So clearly there is immediate availability but not unless you quadruple their profit. It tells you that it is because doing it togetherness is more likely to be successful, but that doesn't seem a reason to not provide the service for someone who doesn't want that, or like me, would not want to pressurise friends and family. It seems nothing more than a pyramid selling scam.

A proactive approach to health that is needed.

As an follower of Dr Chatterjee's work I was immediately interested in this new app which he and fellow professionals have created to help us improve our health and wellbeing. Do Health offer some blood tests like ApoB and homocysteine, that are key to our improving and maintaining our health, which unfortunately, the NHS don't offer. I received the results in two days with advice on how to improve. They also explore what other lifestyle factors we want to change and provide weekly options to select from and work on that week. I was slightly apprehensive about using an app in case of technical difficulties but it's very easy to use.

When emailing them about some health concerns, I received a reply within hours with helpful and reassuring advice from their clinical lead.

Compared to other companies, the price of the tests are a lot cheaper and they assess slot or perhaps all key blood markers. We get three tests per year for the same biomarkers, so we can assess any changes.

I would thoroughly recommend this to everyone. At just under £250 a year, it might seem expensive but what is more important than our health and wellbeing.

I was excited to sign up for this app…

I was excited to sign up for this app having listened to Dr Chattergee advertise it on his podcast. Paid my £249 and have realised there is absolutely NO BACK END TECH SUPPORT!!! I have been awaiting support with a verification code issue as I cannot access the app. It’s taken me hours to source a supposed tech support email address which either bounces back to me as undeliverable or is just not answered. I’m starting to think this is one big scam and am beyond frustrated!!!!

I can’t rate this highly enough

I can’t rate this highly enough. The blood test process was easy to organise, professional and results in good time.
The AI health coaching has blown my mind. It’s like having a supportive friend who can pull together all the different aspects of your life and give sound and clinically accurate guidance on actions to take, how to approach difficult conversations with health professionals, always taking into account all previous chats. It’s hard to describe the scope of what is covered. I’ve often felt I’m battling the healthcare system alone but no longer.
