I bought this product in very good faith for my printer as the description stated it was compatible with the printer. Unfortunately, a few months later, the printer developed some issues. I contacted HP immediately and after a series of diagnostics, they determined that the print head was damaged due to the toner.

Worse still, because the toner was not recognised by HP, my warranty with them was voided. In addition, the printhead was damaged beyond repair making my £500 printer useless.

All in all, I'm now out £615. The seller has not been helpful. Even when I provided the official diagnostic report, they refused to honour the one year warranty because I had disposed of the toner.

This company is a joke. Placed an order with them on the 12/09/19. Checked my account on the 23/09/19 which confirmed it had been delivered. Contacted their customer services who then confirmed it had been scheduled to be delivered on the 17/09/19 but the order was lost in transit. They offered me a refund and when I suggested they send the order to me next day with a different logistics company they said they could re-order the goods and have them deliver by the end of the week (5 days) Told them this was no good as I had already waited 11 days and all they could do was apologize and blame their logistics company.

Had the worst experience with them. We are now on day 12 with still no goods which were supposed to be delivered "next day". Customer service was none existent. One member of staff told me to Buy 2 more whilst I wait? Another one told me to chase Royal mail myself and get the parcel which was shown as delivered in Scotland (we are in Bradford) redirected to ourselves. I spoke with Royal mail and they told me the tracking Ref they gave me did not even match the our postcode! Oh and i tried to call them but surprisingly their "phone lines were down". I asked for a refund they refused so I had to raise a complaint on PayPal. They have just come back to me today with the first apology stating the parcel had been returned to them do I want another one sending out? No we will never use this company again. This could have all been sorted if at the first instance they acknowledged we had not received the parcel and sent out a replacement as this was never our fault!

On initial purchase of a compatible printer ink (xerox), I was slightly hesitance due to previous experiences of using compatible inks for my printer which didn't work. However my printer recognised the cartridge and works perfectly. The delivery came really quick, within 2 days of ordering. I haven't noticed a difference in the colour quality. Definitely an excellent duplicate of the Xerox original cartridges. I will be using again. (I must say as well as we are a graphic design company - we use a lot of ink from printing colour proof and we have tried a lot of cartridges and these 'so far' have been great).

I have an old kyocera printer and a new one in my office. Decided to try out toner cartridges from Doitwiser. Six months on no issues after printing about 600 pages per month at around 25% coverage. Will keep ordering.

Didn't ship the product. Ordered on a Thursday at 8am. Policies say it will ship same day if received by noon. On Monday, it still hadn't shipped. On Tuesday, they canceled my order without telling me. Rude, unresponsive customer service and failure to adhere to own policies.

Cartridges didn't work first of all. The customer service was horrendous. Email after email went unheard. After an entire month my refund was issued. The emails that were replied to were conflicting and had outright lies, making excuses for the delay in a refugee nd. All in all, spend money on a reputable company and avoid the mistake I made

Purchased Oki cartridges from Oki then switched to compatibles by Doitwiser by a technician's recommendation, items arrived fast and saved half the cost OEM. Will keep ordering from doitwiser.

Fast delivery. No problems at all.

Poor service, bought a set of toners for my new printer. None of them worked, after calling the customer services I was told my printer was too new and would not accept 'compatible' cartridges! They agreed to refund, I have emailed and called back numerous times now and still no refund, despite being told it will be in my account within 5 days. It has been months. Poor service, no refund to date, would recommend not to use!
