I am not satisfied with my experience with this company I ordered a pair of leggings and when they arrived after a lengthy wait they were not the same as what was pictured on their site completely different fabric and different cut. When I tried to get a hold of the company every email I sent has been bounced back where it was undeliverable they sent me an email and I couldn’t even respond to that . And in order to return anything to this company you have to email them first so it’s quite the scam because you could never email them! Buyer Beware!!!!!!

Although shipping is lengthy, I received my order as it was on the website! I love these items, and yes, I would order again! Their website has moved to another domain but is still in business!

I ordered loads of gifts and clothing with DolaLuna. I want to say December 3rd, to date they have disappeared into thin air, and I’m sick behind it.
Over $230 dollars worth of stuff never received and please don’t get me started on their sham of “tracking”. I’ve ordered bits and pieces here and there from them and gotten the parcel, albeit it’s always the wrong colour.
BUT I’m a sucker for a sale.
Now, I haven’t the slightest on how to report or whom to report to.
They are/were based in China from what I can recall, but aside from that I know nothing.
Has anyone had any success receiving their money back? Or the parcel? If so how’d you go about it? I’m truly saddened.

Well I guess I should have read the reviews. Order on 11/15 and I still don't have anything. Now the tracking information, support services and website are not working. Time to dispute.

I am trying to find out where my order is and I cannot track it and then I tried to go to their email and it is saying I cannot reach them someone please tell me if you have ever gotten a hold of them how are you did it?

A total scam. I am so sorry that I didn't look at reviews before ordering. I'm trying to figure out how to get my money back.

This website is a scam. I ordered clothing November 11th. They took my money and the tracking informations seems to be not legit. It's supposedly not received by the postal service and has been stuck at a "partner facility" in Munroe NJ since November 27th. The website is down and I only got a response after disputing this charge with my credit card company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM DOLALUNA. It's a complete scam and the only thing I am thankful for is that I didn't order more items.

If I could vote ZERO STARS I would... Total scam... THEY PRETEND TO CARE WHEN THE PRODUCT ARIVES ALL HALLOWEEN FABRIC MADE ... even the damn boots... I tried to email them and search their website and it was down.. I believe they block anyone who orders once they receive the order so that no one can request refund or returns..

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM DoLaLuna!! They are low quality clothes. Not only that, I went to return much of an order due to sizing issues and their website won't load, nor will their "Support Email" go thru. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

POS!!! 🤬🤬 Total scam! Take my money, say you shipped my items, I go to track it and the website is down. I never received the products. How do you people sleep at night?! People are struggling, we are in the middle of a pandemic, it’s Christmas time, and your scamming people. I can’t wait for karma to find you! Have a great day!

Terrible quality. Nothing like the ads. Straight up scam. Terrible customer service. Such poor English that I cannot make sense of their response.

I ordered items Nov 5th. Its now Dec. 4th and I haven't received anything despite the fact that it states shipped. And now the website and email are down. Total scam. Wish I wold have looked prior.

Terrible quality counterfeit clothing. When I requested a return shipping label the sight is now no longer working and no one will reply

This company is terrible. I ordered a shirt and it's too small. I emailed to ask about return/exchange info and they said return is very expensive and I should give it as a gift. DO NOT BUY THEIR STUFF.

I bought a couple outfits from Dolaluna hoping to get outfits that were made of 100% natural fibers as the site says as much and that everything is bamboo. This outfit has chunky bamboo leg warmers in the image and it looks super cute in their ad, so I was extremely excited to get these. After a couple weeks, I received my purchases only to find that the products were not as they advertised. The leg warmers were 100% polyester and were just a blurred image of what they were supposed to look like. AN IMAGE! They were not finished and were half heartedly put together. There were loose threads all over every item.
The skit was supposed to be frilly and have some thickness to it with a shapeware top to it, but it was just an extra wide elastic band in an open tube. The fabric of this skirt was a thin t-shirt material that is cotton/poly blend.
The leggings that came with this were ok....but just ok. The quality of the leggings were like something I could get from the Dollar Store.
The only thing in that outfit that was vaguely similar to the ad was the bandana that you wrap around your waist.

The shirt that's features in this outfit was supposed to be Cashmere, but it is cotton/poly and like a sweatshirt.

Trying to get my items returned and my money back is impossible. After delayed replies from the company, they're now offering me $5 and told me to keep the items and wear them because they will look great on me. I am allergic to polyester, so no.

This place is just out for easy money and with the images they are showing saying that's the products they have for sale, it is easy to see how they lure us in. It is sad, really.

I've been scammed and now I've learned to research the company I wish to buy from before I buy from them. Live and Learn.

I received 3 items, the quality of the fabric is poor versus price.
One of the items came with the wrong color, I sent an email, they responded promptly and asked to send photos, the problem is that I can't send the email, it gives an error and says that the recipient does not exist.
I will try later.

Scam!!! Do not order from here!!! It’s crap product, not true to size, and you will NEVER see a dime refunded. I lost $200 to this garbage company. They are stealing from people during a pandemic, while we are off work, and during the holidays!!!!! Awful horrible products and people!

The leggings I ordered are nothing like in the pictureeither in style or fabric, they're a very basic cheap knock off worth maybe $5-10NZ, not $20US!

Return process inconsistent with their stated policy. The products are junk. I received a $5 offer for the $106 transaction. Chargeback the charges with the card issuer. This company is a real scam.

I ordered from this company Dolaluna on line and they sent me clothes that looked nothing like the pictures advertised I tried many times to contact them and ended up return to sender . Then when I did get a response I was told that i returned to the wrong address and that they would not refund my money unless i got the package back and re send to them and is very costly and now my package is gone and I cant get a hold of anyone to help me try and locate it to resend. I spent over 80$ for this cheap excuse for clothing. I am disgusted that i didn't read the reviews about them 1st :(
