Ive bought various boxes of pods different types of coffee like a latte or a machiato etc but my absolute favourite is the cappuccino ice pods. Back in july 2019 i logged on to buy some more cappuccino ice as i was getting low to see they were out of stock so i pressed the email when back in stock box after hearing nothing and numerous checks on the website i emailed dolce gusto who just sent me a reply saying i needed to tick the let me know box on the website and they would let me know ( totally unhelpful seeing as i stated in the email i had done that process! ) so fast forward to september and still out of stock so again i contact them and ask when they will be this time they said the end of the week ( not true ) i also asked what i thought was a reasonable question of... how come dolce gusto was out of stock Of a Customer favourite and for so long when they own the company that producea the coffee? Again i had a reply bypassing that question telling me the end of the week again, after a lot of work i fimally found a website that sold the Dolce gusto cappuccino ice Pods so i purchased 6 boxes from them. Now were in November theyre back in stock dor how long? Nobody knows! Up until this i always purchased my coffee pods from dulce gusto But no longer now i found this other site as evwn with dolce gusto from order to arriving at my home could take 7 days but this new website 2 days very quick and efficent.
