shocking experience

shocking experience. Machine sent out for repair to a 3rd party over 1 month ago. No news from Nespresso to check where my machine is, the 3rd party told me to get in touch with Nespresso.
I am completely stuck with no machine, no answers to my multiple emails (only way to contact them)

Doles Gusto capsule subscription

I signed up for capsule subscription because I was sick of it running out at the shop. Nescafé’s website promised to fix that!
There website stated "Never run out of coffee for your NESCAFÉ® Dolce Gusto® machine again with our Capsule only Subscription."
Yet every month I get this email!
"We are writing to let you know that unfortunately your Nescafé Dolce Gusto subscription for this month includes one or more items that is currently out of stock. "

By being a subscriber, don't you plan to always have my order ready each month? How can you run out, it's a subscription?

I subscribed to get peace of mind and regular deliveries (that you know about and can plan for!) You offered that to me on your website, yet EVERY month you fail to deliver!

Nescafé Dolce Gusto capsule subscription is a joke, or more accurately, lies.
