I was pleased with the fast delivery service and the extra care on the packaging.

Finally real Italian product and coming from specific areas famous among Italian for their top of the line production. Each item has a nice vacuum seal and packaging is quite good too

Everything arrived in tact. And the cheeses are delicious. Will never by parmagiano from anyone else

had a problem with the shipment left in customs and they kindly helped with customer service and refunded my order. As soon as regular trade is resumed I will place an order for fresh produce again

I have ordered quite a few times from Dolceterra and have always been so pleased with the quality and that I can order things that I can't buy here in the states. I lived many years in Italy and am Italo americano so I really appreciate having these precious wonderful things delivered to my door.

Disappointed that my order did not come with the decorative boxes as shown!

The lemoncello was nice but it did not stay creamy when putting in the freezer. The bottle I had ordered before from Italy had more alcohol content so you could keep it in the freezer and serve it super cold and it stayed creamy, not chunky.

Product good quality and fresh and once shipped out, it took about a week for the product to actually be shipped, it took 2 days of travel time packed with ice packets in a stiro foam container for better temperature control.

I went to an Italian cooking school last October for a six day, six and half hour cooking classes. Learned northern, central and southern Italian receipts. During this time I became hooked inauthentic Italian meats. Upon my return found Dolceterra. I have been extremely satisfied with the meats I have ordered from Dolceterra to make authentic Italian recipes.

I speak English only, but I love your store and looking forward to tasting so many of your items in the future!

My order took 4 weeks to arrive. I wasn't sure if it was coming at all - I got no response to two emails I sent to their customer service team. I would definitely not recommend them.

The worst customer service that can exist. Sent 3 email, tried to call, sent What's app and Facebook messages all of which very ignored. The order was 8 days in transit which is not acceptable for food unless you want to get food poisoning. The order arrived with ice packs completely melted. Requested my refund before my order was event shipped but they still did not get back to me.

I placed my order on 6/26 They charged me right away without shipping Sent 3 emails since the items were not shipped in July I got the box today with two items missing $ 73 value) ice bags completed melted, cheese was a room temperature Requested a refund for the missing items Will never buy again

My experience was exactly the same. Order placed 26 June. No goods delivered no response to many phone calls and emails
This now seems to be a scam.
I have reported them to my credit card provider and will be reporting this to the police

I placed an order with them on 17 June 2020, paid them on the same day, and that is the last I have heard! Apart from receiving an email confirming my order nothing else. I have emailed them via 4 different email addresses, I've tried telephoning their UK number but all with no success. Before I report this as fraud and recover the money from my credit card I am providing this review. Based on my experience I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
Update 7 July 2020 the pancetta finally arrived, however it seemed quite light and so I weighed it - including the large plastic vacuum bag my 1kg of pancetta came in at 877grams!! This is simply fraud. Unbelievable.
