Please reconsider buying an item from this store.. They provide great advertising on their items but as soon as I open the item and feel the fabric.. my first thought was TEMU brand.. not to mention the wrong size. I hope others have a better experience than I did.

Horrible company with an even worse shipping company. I found the item I ordered for much cheaper on shein. I never received the item I ordered. Why? Because the shipping company they use tired to deliver to my condo at 11pm when the doors are locked and have not tried delivery again. I have not been able to get ahold of the company either they ignore my emails and phone calls.. horrible stay away

Wish I'd of come here to read reviews before ordering, it's now been over a week since I ordered and I've still not got my items, customer support is very minimal and blunt, wouldn't recommend

Two weeks delivery, items without tags or any information what and where are they made. The quality likes and feels just like a plastic. Stay away if you want to save your time and money.

I bought their polo shirts which were nice, good quality and fit perfect. BUT I decided to buy a sweatshirt and half zip pullover, a huge mistake, cheap quality polyester BS, looks and feels cheap. Never again.

Didn't receive items, tracking stated delivered to garage we don't have. Company wants to charge half items price for reshipment when you can buy elsewhere for less.

Ordered 2pairs of cargo pants

The quality of the product is poor and poorly made in china with materials advertised and shown in the photos are clearly not the same quality.(same material used on the very cheapest shell suits )

I have worn both the trousers around 5 times and already there is fraying and stitching coming away at the seams.

The trousers are worth around £10 pounds not the £90 advertised at full price

Please please please never buy from this company!!!! Save your money this is not an Italian brand and instead is made of cheap Chinese material the sowing is not even correct on the sheaves and way to oversized or undersized DO NOT under no circumstances buy from this company please save your money and shop somewhere else

Tracking is not working, shows that the package has been in my country for 3 weeks... Looks like scam

worst company to buy clothes. i bought and pair of pants in size S and dolci lusso sent me size M. I contatcted dolci lusso regarding this matter and dolci lusso responded back saying returnd the item and you'll get 50% back for order not meeting the expectations. i do have an email receipt that proof that i bought size S. worst company ever do not buy at dolci lusso. It's a SCAM company

I have been going to Olivia Pope for the last 3 years! She does my highlights and they always look so bright and amazing! She always listens to what you want and never disappoints. I have always had a positive experience when I go in and when I come out!

Terrible quality. Cheap cloth from China, probably worth a few dollars but not more.

Do not buy from this Company..Total rip off. I ordered over $400 worth of their clothing. It has been 8 weeks and I have still yet to receive anything. Each time I email them they come back with the same auto-generated message that I should give it some time or that I should check with my local post office. I went to the Post Office only to find out that the product had been missent to the Netherlands..I gave them the tracking information from the post office to which they replied that sometimes the product gets held up in other countries because of Customs and referred me to their website regarding their shipping policy saying that they are not responsible for delays in shipping...I tried to explain that this is not a delay but the product was not sent to the correct address or "country" and asked for a refund..I have been now told told that unless the product is returned to them that I cannot get a refund....How the heck am I going to be able to get the product from the Netherlands to return to them? ugh! Please don't buy anything from this company, I beg you.

I’m extremely disappointed with the poor quality of the clothing from this company. I purchased a pair of pants for $54.99, and the fabric felt cheap with a complete lack of attention to detail. When I requested a refund, I was offered only 50% back or told to return the pants to Italy, which is simply unreasonable. Don’t be deceived by their attractive website and polished model photos. This business is not worth your time or money—avoid at all costs!

Bought off Instagram ad. The quality of fabric was awful, the cut and fit were poor. They were cheap Chinese goods sold as expensive Italian ones.
I tried to return them, the company discouraged me by saying it had to be sent by tracked mail to the USA. I had to email four times before they accepted my return request. They kept offering alternatives (discounts, an extra shirt etc.).
It took them a while to process the refund too!

I recently bought 3 polos, the advertising is misleading to be kind. These products are NOT Italian designed, They are NOT in house design. the quality is extremely poor! I also found the exact same products being marketed by several different brands for a wide range of price. I have also discovered the are 'off the shelf' product bought in bulk from a Chinese factory.

I returned my shirts to Dolci Lusso at a cost a modest cost of £15.50 and I will get a refund for the full amount of £109. Lesson learnt! Buyer beware !!

Unfortunately what is pictured is not what you will receive the quality of the clothing is poor. You may want to think twice before ordering.

Keep away from this company as they are not a professional online company. There is no delivery commitment and no updates. I do not know the quality of the materials, as I have not received my order so far. I don't think this company can deliver quality materials. Please do not be trapped by their online advertisements.

Dolci Lusso is right! What a wonderful experience from start to finish.the Sogno and Veneto are beautiful,great fit, and every step of the way the company kept in great contact with me assuring I received great service.And, the kind tone in every message was heard. In this day and age, getting met with this kind of service and attitude is remarkable and appreciated.Highly recommend!

My item met my expectations, delivery service was good however the packaging was awful. The packaging was ripped and to big to fit in the plastic wrapper. Luckily for me I had some beautiful gift wrapping paper and a nice box to place it in.
