I had a very positive experience with the handling of my damaged baggage claim by Austrian Airlines and their partner Dolfi.
After reporting the damage at the airport, the process moved forward smoothly and professionally. Communication was clear, and I was kept informed throughout the different stages of the claim. The assessment of my luggage was handled efficiently, and the resolution was provided in a reasonable timeframe.

I particularly appreciated how straightforward and organized the replacement process was. The team made an inconvenient situation much easier to deal with.
Overall, I am satisfied with the service and the support provided, and I would like to thank the team for their professionalism and efficiency.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam.
The wheel on my luggage broke, and when I tried to contact customer support, I was completely ignored. I reached out three separate times — first through their website contact form, then followed up with two emails. Not a single reply.
This level of negligence and lack of accountability is outrageous.

Avoid this company at all costs.

While the repair process was handled relatively quickly, the quality of the repair was not satisfactory. My suitcase was returned with visible defects still present, including a sharp protruding rivet that poses a risk of injury when handling the luggage.

Overall, the repair did not restore the suitcase to its original condition, and I expected a higher standard of workmanship. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

Nicely solved

My baggage was heavily damaged during a flight and I was very disappointed as it was completely new. The flight company reported the damage situation to dolfi and I handed in exact pictures and details of the damaged suitcase. Then the situation it was nicely taken care of by dolfi. Thanks to dolfi company I received a similar suitcase to mine in colour and size. I appreciate the replacement service very much. Thank you.
