I have been following up on my refund for my damaged luggage for 5 months. They don't pick up to phone or reply to emails!
One month to repair a suitcase. All it took was to exchange the wheel. Way too long

Poor selection of suitcases. You don't get a refund for a damaged suitcase, so you can't buy the same suitcase you had before.

As you requested, I left my case number (01567253) but Dolfi1920 is still ignoring my request. Really poor support for serving a company such as Lufthansa
Thank you for your constant information due to my luggage. I was really pleased throughout the whole process. Now I got it back and its fixed very well. I am really happy. Thank you so much. The suitcase is not new but a very good quality and it would have been a shame If I had to throw it away.

Despite indicating on the form that I was traveling and providing my temporary address, the package was still sent to my home address. Now I'm the one who has to deal with this problem, not you.

They are absolutely useless. The bag got broken. They claim they can fix it -even if sending it back and forth is more expensive than a new one-. After 1 month they manage to send GLS to collect it. One week later, they inform me GLS claims the bag was never collected. They intend me to send a formular that confirms I got my luggage back. When I refuse to sign such document, they claim they do not have the one that states "my lugagge was actually collected". They insist I MUST sign a document confirming I received it back or they will close the case. To date, I got my broken bag collected, yet neither repaired, nor a new one. They have simply closed the case.
A bunch of incompetent buffoons, better to repair your own bag then use them.
In short, Dolfi 1920 lost my bag when they were sending it back to me from the workshop, and were absolutely hopeless at trying to get it back.
In short, the courier Planzer had an issue delivering the bag, and for some reason the bag ended up at a random warehouse 1h from me in rural Switzerland. I emailed and called Dolfi non stop to try and find the bag, which I had a precise location for since I had an AirTag in it; for 2.5 weeks, I exchanged 100+ emails with them explaining to agents (speaking to 15+ of them in this dialogue, responses were for some bizarre reason rotated across team members so you never spoke to the same person at once??) who used AI generated response emails, how to locate my bag - which miraculously ended up at a Digitec Galaxus warehouse in Aarau. Despite giving Dolfi the precise address where the AiraTag was located and the AiraTag link, they couldn’t really get anything done over the span of 2.5 weeks. I had to call daily and explain to multiply different agents (who don’t seem to share much information between them) what was going on, but nobody could resolve it - all they did was acknowledge my email, say the ‘relevant department’ was looking into it, and say they would ‘let me know’ when there was an update. When I asked to speak to the manager, they declined.
Fast forward 2.5 weeks, and my AirTag has moved to…a RECYCLING CENTRE! This bag was sitting in a random warehouse for so long that the warehouse operators decided to hand it over the a recycling centre for disposal 😂. I was about to have my €1.2k Rimowa destroyed, and Dolfi was sitting around doing nothing. At this point, I take matters into my own hands and call the recycling centre directly, who very quickly locate the bag and hold onto it for me so I can take it back. This is over 3 weeks since Dolfi lost my bag, and almost 2 months since the bag was damaged.
Dolfi’s official response when I am panicking and asking what the heck they’re doing for us to reach a point where my bag is being disposed of in front of my eyes? “ We kindly inform you that as we are only humans and not AI, we do make mistakes, and we apologise for that”
Absolute joke of a ‘service’. I will also be highlighting this to the airline who damaged my bag (Swiss). The lack of responsibility and initiative taken at Dolfi, the 100+ emails exchanged, the random allocation of agents - disaster.
The entire repair process was completed successfully. The suitcase was collected from my home, professionally repaired and returned in very good condition.
I appreciate the quality of the repair and the convenient collection and return service.
The only area that could be improved is communication between departments. During the process I was asked several times to provide the same information and documents, even though they had already been submitted earlier (flight details, airport damage report and baggage identification tag).
Apart from that, everything was handled professionally and I am satisfied with the final result. Thank you.

Although my previous experience with this company in Prague/CZ was very good, this time everything goes wrong. My luggage upon arrival to Prague Airport was damaged (wheels and upper lock). The company promised to repair however they returned my luggage with unrepaired wheel. Therefore I have to re-claim again!!! The communication with Dolfi1920 - Czech Republic is poor, they have an answering machine, using general messages in English. Whole process has been time consuming and I am without luggage in the end. This is definitely not the way how to provide good service to customer.

After opening the ticket everything seemed to be smooth - in few days I got message that currier will pick it up in another few days. Then another update that they recieved my luggage and it is repairable.... few days later another update about ordering repair parts and it will take up to 7 days. After that, nothing .... weeks passed and I reached out to get some information. Well ... after total of 2 months finally another update- my luggage is on route back to me and there is shipping no. xxx to track it ..... which ofc is another lie as that tracking no. says it is not on route.... I quess ill have it back in 3 months ....
