Ships-a-Lot has incredible customer service and quick turnaround times.

This team runs a wonderful business. We in were dire need of a third party fulfillment center after having tried a few with little success. Max and team are smart and technology forward which allows us to save money while creating a better experience for our clients, which is a huge win for us in the e-commerce space. Their service is best in class along with their overall business acumen. They’re a vital part of our team!

First I started out of my house. Shipping flat rate Vos usps from the DC area.
Then I graduated to Shipbob and was lured in by the idea of multiple distribution centers and super fast and inexpensive shipments.
So they may have cheap regular mail but it was SLOW. Being closer didn't help.
Then I had to upgrade to 2 day shipping and the price went through the roof. Like $25 instead of $4. It was nuts. Don't be fooled for their bait and switch. They pitch ultra fast but show you the ultra slow rates.
Anyhow I moved to Shipsalot. Now I can consolidate inventory (also good for taxes since you only pay taxes to buyers in the same state of the warehouse).
And the FedEx is super cheap because they are next door to the hub. So it really became a no brainer.
And they have plug in options for overnight.

So pleased with the service and how fast shipping times are! Absolutely no complaints and highly recommend!

I haven't started business yet but after going through all details everything looks pretty promising. Eagerly waiting for response to start with.

We're very glad to work with Ships a lot! They're all very helpful. All of our orders get shipped out promptly. Zach and the team has a very quick response time, showing that they really care about their clients. We had a bad experience with a fulfillment company previously, leaving us nervous about working with another company but upon seeing how Zach and the team operate their business our fears went away. We can't imagine conducting our business any other way now. We'd recommend Ships a lot strongly!

I was strongly considering doing my own fulfillment because I couldn't find a fulfillment company that met my needs. I was really glad I talked to Zach. The price was really reasonable and I could tell these guys are real go-getters that will do what it takes to keep happy customers, so I went for it.

They made the onboarding super easy. My product arrived at their warehouse and they were shipping it within a very short amount of time. It's so nice to have them take care of everything.

I strongly recommend Ships-a-Lot for other Shopify owners.

Update: 1 year later and everything is still going great with Ships-A-Lot! They're very attentive to my needs.

Update #2: Almost 3 years later and I still think these guys are the best. They're always prompt with customer service and I've never had any type of incident involving lost inventory or anything like that (things that seem to happen with some frequency at other 3PLs). I still highly recommend!

These guys are awesome! I highly recommend using them. It took me about two years to decide to stop trying to fulfill stuff on my own. Finally, I made the jump to using Ships-A-Lot and they have been amazing. Not only is the shipping quick, fast and evidently scalable, but their customer service (Zach, mainly) has been top notch.

I was initially interested in this company because it appeared in a list of featured vendors recommended on a site called fulfillmentcompanies.net, and the words "Shopify Partner" appeared beneath its logo (I have a Shopify store). Next I talked with the brother co-owners, Max and Zach Zitney, and was impressed by their clear communications and positive attitudes. I thought, "I want to work with these people!" So, I read their contract, liked it a lot better than Amazon's (whose contract includes their right to reproduce my graphics forever), signed up, and sent my merchandise to their new facility. Just as I had imagined, working with the Zitney brothers has been great. Zach is a great problem-solver, and really knows all about the fulfillment business. The cost of the service is reasonable. I am now free to focus my energy on the creation of new products and on publicizing my entire line. Thank you, Zach and Max.

I have been with Ships-a-lot for about 4 months now, and I have no complaints. They ship out my products fast and on time. And Zach responds to emails and phone calls within minutes. I also love the invoices they send, very simple and not complicated.

Over the years I've worked with numerous fulfillment centers and have to say that since I met Zach and the team Ships-a-lot I'll never look for another again! Not only do they bend over backwards to make sure that all my orders are fulfilled extremely fast, they also care about my bottom line. Case in point, we were shipping out 3 items of the same SKU and they proactively lowered our overall COGS and shipping expense by helping us create a new packaging. Also, in the past, I've had to struggle through the process of integrating or systems with the company thats fulfilling our products. Zach and his team quickly jumped in and got it all up and running in no time with ZERO hassles on my part. To call them just a fulfillment house would not do them justice...they are and end-to-end solution center that can solve all your logistic challenges. They also answer their emails almost immediately, including weekends...what company does that anymore?! BTW, if you have a Shopify store front, you're also in luck. The team at Ships-a-lot are experts with this platform and can help you accomplish just about anything you're looking for! I assure you, you won't find a better run operation than Ships-a-lot!
