Apologies that the laptop was not in stock as it was already sold to another customer on the website not long before you purchased it simultaneously. Unfortunately, the stock level was not reflecting the correct stock quantity. We did however refund your order immediately and our support team reached out as soon as possible and were very communicative about this unfortunate mishap. We also offered similar laptop models with no response by you. We apologize for this and appreciate your feedback and have since fixed the delay in updating the website to reflect the correct stock quantities. Just to be clear as your review is misleading, there was no laptop to be bought (since it was sold out) or sent to you, and your money was fully refunded within minutes.
