A jacket with a burn hole in it, a woollen jumper with holes under the arms and a favourite pair of jeans with a broken fly zip - all mended within 7 days at a very reasonable price. Feels great to be able to repair clothes instead of throwing them away. Will 100% use them again.

Barbie clothes are lovely
Barbie clothes are lovely and very well made.I bought some dresses and shoes. A dress and pair of shoes didn't fit any of the Barbies we have, a little small, but they issued a prompt refund. And I am happy with the products I kept and with their customer service.

I was pleased with the dresses and my granddaughters loved them.
When checking out you offer the option of splitting the order and sending to different addresses. I wanted to do this and the apt would not let me. Next time will do separate orders.

Wonderful doll shoes
The shoes I ordered fit my daughter's bitty baby perfectly. I have to help her with the buckle, but as she gets older. I am sure that is something she will be able to do on her own. She is only 21 months :)

Item did not arrive
Well I wasn’t going to write this review, but kept getting emails to complete one. One star right now, as the package still has not arrived to its destination and it shipped over 20 days ago. I tried tracking, but since the past 2 weeks, it hadn’t been updated. Starting to think it is lost.

Unfortunately we have no control over USPS. We mail packages out within 2 business days and 90 % of orders go out within 24 hours with a tracking number. After that there is nothing we can do about USPS deliveries --that is up them
