Hi Kathy, Thanks for writing the review. It stresses the importance of placing an order to completion in order to get your product. We have gone through our system for the past year and there is no completed order in your name. Without a completed shipping address and payment type, the order cannot be processed. The system does ask for an email address only to notify the customer of the tracking number of the order once it has been processed. In your case, there is no completed order. If you had an order that was completed, it would have been mailed. If you have an order number please write to questions@dollclothessuperstore.com or mannwalsh@aol.com and they will supply you with date ordered was received, mailed and the tracking information.

This site was a super surprise. I searched it following a recommendation. I was able to find all and more of what I needed for grandgirls' BD gift. The prices were amazing which helped as I had to shop for twins. Honestly, I had hoped to maybe find one outfit each; but the reasonable prices brought out the little girl fanatasy in me again... got a bunch of cute outfits. Shipping was free, so that aloud me to put my money in the doll clothes. The gifts arrived to their home ASAP. THIS IS A GREAT SITE!! HAVE FUN here, helping little ones find their dreams .
