I ordered three outfits. Price was great but ship time was about 2 weeks. Quality of product was about what I expected for the price. There was one thing that I had to add a couple stitches to. It looked like the machine skipped a couple stitches but not a big deal.

I ordered 5 pairs of shoes for my granddaughters doll and ad said it would fit Baby Alive . They should have had measurements for the shoes on their website. I have to return them all . I hope they pay for postage to return them. My granddaughter was very disappointed .

Dear Melanie, Thank you for writing this review. It exemplifies the need to know the dimensions of the doll you are outfitting and the need to read product descriptions. You ordered the 5 pair of shoes from the Bitty Baby page. Highlighted in red lettering at the top of the page it states those shoes fit Bitty Baby and it gives the exact dimensions of that dolls foot which are significantly larger than a Baby Alive doll. In order to avoid further disappointing your grand daughter, we think it would be helpful for you to know Baby Alive dolls come in three sizes, all with different foot measurements. So when you do find shoes that are described as fitting Baby Alive you would need to know which of the three size dolls your grand daughter owns.
She LOVES it!
I recently sent my granddaughter a matching lavender outfit for she and her doll baby. She loved opening something from the mailbox, and had her Mommy take a picture right away, to show me! She LOVES it! Thanks so much!

They were product and the product appears like the photograph
The service of the clothes superstore was great. The items arrived on time and looked like the photographs. The dresses are not very high-quality especially the material they are made out of but the price would be indicative of that so I can’t say it wasn’t as advertised. I will have to see how well they hold up before deciding to purchase again

All it took was a simple phone call to find a friendly person ready to help me find just the right fit for my daughters! They went above and beyond to make sure even my older daughter was satisfied.We have also ordered items as birthday presents for friends and they have all gone over wonderfully. I purchased 3 different items. I gave 2 as Christmas gifts and the other as a birthday gift. All of the little girls were thrilled with the outfits. I'm glad that I looked at the dimensions of the clothing because they do run large. I would recommend that you order a size smaller than usual as I did.

1st time customer and extremely pleased of my purchase. Loved the light blue dress and matching Dolly dress.
I must add that shipping was super fast especially close to Christmas. The item was carefully wrapped in tissue in a holiday box! Very impressed.
