Same as everyone else - no communication. Asked to return item multiple times but no response. Item was bought as Xmas present and didn’t come to after new year.

Absolutely rubbish, NO COMMUNICATION whatsoever, weeks have gone by and I've had no response....DON'T BUY FROM THEM

I’ve ordered and received my order and it clearly states that I can return my items, so I’ve contacted them multiple times and have had no response! I won’t be ordering from you again and I’ll be going through other ways to be getting my money back

I have tried to get in touch with you but have had no success I have paid for my order but I didn't get any updates on my order yet so I'm going to get in touch with the ombisman to see if I can get my money back from you

Ordered 2 of the shower shelves, said they were stainless rails on them. They were just silver coated plastic. The shelf did not fit the shower rail correctly, very poor quality.
Put them in the bin

This wasn't good ordered items but as the time passes I haven't recieved anything no contact can be got

They took the money and then disappeared.
I was given a tracking number when I tried to use it the reply was " This site can not be reached"

Ordered products from Dolphome on the 17th Nov 2023 and initially got a product code and tracking number which worked. It suggested products in air from China. However weeks later the tracker not working or recognised and customer service for Dolphome has no domain. Products haven't arrived. Scam!

Link, website and emails don’t work. It’s a scam. Avoid like the plague!

Have not received my goods and my emails have been undeliverable. Stay away from this company.

Ordered from the company. Never saw the goods. The website shop and email address do not exist when you contact them. Wish I had read some reviews here first as seems others have experienced the same. Managed to get money back from PayPal with no quibbles so obviously known to PayPal.

We are a Charity, Friends of the Great Torrington Library in Devon. We wanted to buy some cute-looking tree ornaments for our Librarians for Christmas.
They are nothing like the picture and are cheap and plastic-made.
I HAVE ALREADY SENT 4 EMAILS TO THEM. I have also tried to call and I keep getting cut off. So now I am leaving a review from a very unhappy Charity.
We want to send back an order as it Is not as described on your website. We have been trying to send it back to this company since the 4th or 5th of November.
They are made of plastic and look cheap.

I purchased the 'Punch-free multi-function storage rack' for a bathroom. It is clearly designed for 22mm shower pipes and won't fit a 15mm pipe. The product description indicates that there is a choice of fittings presumably to accommodate different pipe sizes. But no fittings were included in the delivery. There is no returns address on the website and they don't answer emails or contact submissions from the site. So I would not advise buying from this company.

I ordered 3 items. I got two of the items, but never the third. There is NO way to find out what happened to the third. Can't ask them, cannot track from the # they gave me. What a scam!

My product is very good and was cheap, I would definitely buy again!

The product arrived a bit late, because of the shipping. But the service was very nice to me and gave me priority shipping for free!

Too much thin and look quite different from the pictures on the website. I ordered 4 items. 1 is what I wanted. 1 the fabric is really thin and see through. 1 is poorly made with bad cut and stitching and 1 is badly sized.

I ordered two orders within one day. There is no indication as to where my things are in the mail and only a small portion of my order has been shipped.
